Արթուր Դավթյանը անկախության տեսանկյունից լրջագույն դեֆիցիտ ունի․ կալանավորված համայնքապետերի հարցով շուտով կլինեն դատական ակտեր, ՍԴ դիրքորոշումներ․ Վարդևանյան (տեսանյութ)

ԱԺ նախագահի ընտրությունները Սահմանադրության ակնհայտ խախտմամբ են ընթանում։ Աժ  նախագահ  կարող է ընտրվել ցանկացած պատգամավոր, որն առաջադրվում է։ ԱԺ պատգամավորներից յուրաքանչյուրը իր քվեարկության ժամանակ անկախ է։ Հիմա ստացվում է, որ Մխիթար Զաքարյանը, Արթուր Սարգսյանը չկարողացան ներկայացնել իրենց ծրագրային ելույթները, հետևաբար այս բացակայությունից հետո այս գործընթացը չի կարող լինել օրինական։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ասաց « Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Արամ Վարդևանյանը։

Անդրադառնալով « Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի՝ իր  հնչեցրած արտահայտություններին անդրադառնալուն, Վարդևանյանը նշեց․

« Ես առաջինն էի, որ մասնագիտական ունակությունների վերաբերյալ գնահատական հնչեցրի, դրան ի պատասխան Վարդանյանը արձագանքում էր զուտ պաշտպանական բնազդից ելնելով։   Եթե Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը ազնիվ լինի իր մասնագիտական խղճի առաջ, իմ գնահատականը կընդունի մի պարզ  պատճառով՝ ինչպես կարող ենք մի հարթության մեջ դիտարկել Սահմանադրությունը և Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը»։

Խոսելով նիստը նախագահող Կնյազ Հասանովի գործողությունների մասին՝ Վարդևանյանը նշեց․

« Նա նույն լիազրություններն ունի ինչ ԱԺ նախագահը։ Նա պետք է ընդմիջում պահանջեր, անհապաղ կապվեր Գլխավոր դատախազի հետ և պահանջեր, որ երկու պատգամավորները անհապաղ լինեն ԱԺ-ում, դա իր պարտականությունն էր։ Ո՞նց կարելի է անձեռնմխելիությամբ օժտված աձին առանց ԱԺ-ի համաձայնության թողնել կալանավորված։ Այս հարցի վերաբերյալ առաջիկայում կլինեն դատական ակտեր, ՍԴ դիրքորոշումներ»։

Վարդևանյանը նշեց, որ Դատախազության դիրքորոշումներին պետք է ըմբռնումով մոտենալ, քանի որ դրանք քաղաքական ճնշումների ներքո են արվում։

«Դատախազությունը 44-օյա պատերազմին մասնակից համայնքապետերին կալանավորելու հարցում խրոխտ գործողություններ է ձեռնարկում,  թող մի հատ գնա թշնամուն ձերբակալի, ինչո՞ւ չեն կարողանում անել։ Որպես իրավաբան Արթուր Դավթյանը պատրաստված իրավաբան, է, բայց անկախության տեսանկյունից լրջագույն դեֆիցիտ ունի»։
