ՀՀ-ն ի՞նչ է անում Ադրբեջանում դատապարտված գերիներին իրենց քաղաքացիության երկիր՝ ՀՀ վերադարձնելու համար. տեսանելի գործողություններ չկան. Լարիսա Ալավերդյան

ՀՀ-ն ի՞նչ է անում Ադրբեջանում դատապարտված գերիներին իրենց քաղաքացիության երկիր՝ ՀՀ վերադարձնելու համար: Եթե նույն արարքները ենթակա են պատժի նաև հայկական օրենքով, ապա նրանք իրենց պատիժը պետք է կրեն քաղաքացիության երկրում: Որտե՞ղ են մեր պետության քայլերը, ինչո՞ւ չկան: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց իրավապաշտպան, «Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականությունների» ՀԿ նախագահ, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների առաջին պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Բաքվում հայ ռազմագերիների դատավարություններին և նրանց վերադարձման գործընթացին:

Ալավերդյանն ընդգծեց՝ Ադրբեջանում այժմ հիմնականում ընթանում են այն անձանց առնչվող դատավարությունները, որոնք գերեվարվել են նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունից հետո:

«Այդ զինծառայողները, կամավորները գտնվել են այն գյուղերում, որոնք հայկական վերահսկողության ներքո էին: Վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը միայն վերջերս է հայտարարում, թե այդ տարածքում եղել են ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերը: Տարածքները հանձնվել են դեռ ողջ ու պայքարող զինծառայողների հետ: Տեղի է ունեցել ծանր հանցագործություն սեփական ժողովրդի ներկայացուցիչների դեմ, և կարծում եմ՝ այդ պատճառով չեն հնչեցնում գերիների թիվը, քանի որ իրենց մեղքի բաժինը ևս կա՝ անփութության, չհասկանալու կամ որևէ այլ բանի հետևանքով»,-ասաց նա՝ նշելով, թե դեկտեմբերից (երբ նրանք գերեվարվել են) մինչև հուլիս տեսանելի չեն այն ակտիվ գործողությունները, որոնք պետք է ձեռնարկեր ՀՀ-ն՝ իր քաղաքացիներին վերադարձնելու համար:

Ըստ Ալավերդյանի՝ բավական չէ՝ իշխանությունն իր մեղքի բաժինն ունի, որ այդ անձինք գերեվարվել են, նաև անմիջապես գործողություններ չի նախաձեռնել՝ նրանց վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ: «Նաև՝ անհրաժեշտ գործողություններն ուշացնելու դեպքում ՀՀ ձայնը պակաս լսելի է դառնում միջազգային հանրության համար»,-հավելեց իրավապաշտպանը:

Նա հույս հայտնեց, թե նոր ձևավորվող ԱԺ-ն գուցե կարողանա դրական տեղաշարժ ապահովել գերիների վերադարձի հարցում:
