Արմեն Գրիգորյանն ու ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի պաշտոնակատարը քննարկել են հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանին ստեղծված իրավիճակը

Հուլիսի 29-ին ԱԳ նախարարի պարտականությունները կատարող Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի եվրոպական և եվրասիական հարցերով տեղակալի պաշտոնակատար Ֆիլիպ Ռիքերի հետ, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ կայքը:

Արմեն Գրիգորյանը զրույցի ընթացքում դատապարտել է հուլիսի 28-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տեղակայված հայկական դիրքերի վրա իրականացված ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հարձակումը, որը նա որակել է որպես Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ ուղղված բացահայտ ոտնձգություն։

Ընդգծվել է, որ մայիսի 12-ից սկսած Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք ներթափանցման և շարունակական սադրիչ գործողությունների հետևանքով ստեղծվել է լարված իրավիճակ, որը հնարավոր կլինի հաղթահարել ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի՝ ելման դիրքեր վերադարձից հետո:

Այս առնչությամբ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի եվրոպական և եվրասիական հարցերով տեղակալի պաշտոնակատարն ընդգծել է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ստեղծված իրավիճակի կարգավորման և այս ուղղությամբ դեէսկալացիայի կարևորությունը:

Զրույցի ընթացքում կարևորվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի վերսկսումը, որն ուղղված կլինի ղարաբաղյան հիմնահարցի համապարփակ կարգավորմանը և տարածաշրջանում կայուն խաղաղության հաստատմանը։

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են հակամարտության մարդասիրական հետևանքներին։ Այս համատեքստում Արմեն Գրիգորյանը դատապարտելի է համարեց հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց հանդեպ կեղծ մեղադրանքներով քրեական գործերի հարուցումը՝ դրանք որակելով որպես Ադրբեջանի կողմից ստանձնված պարտավորությունների և միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպիտ խախտում։
