2016 թվականը փակել ենք 260 միլիոն դրամ շահույթով. Արթուր Բադալյան

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 17-ին, ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունում կայացել է «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Բադալյանի մամուլի ասուլիսը: Ներկայացնելով վարկային կազմակերպության գործունեության արդյունքները՝ Արթուր Բադալյանը նշել է, որ ընկերությունը ստեղծվել է ՀՀ Կառավարության որոշմամբ սահմանված «Տնտեսության կայունացման վարկավորման ծրագրի» շրջանակներում և նպատակ ունի աջակցել ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացմանը, ՀՀ համայնքների համաչափ զարգացմանը:

Կազմակերպության առջև շահույթ ստանալու առաջնային խնդիր, ինչպես շուկայում գոյություն ունեցող մյուս ընկերությունների դեպքում, չեն դրվել: Նպատակը միայն վարկային կազմակերպության գործունեությանը բնորոշ ռիսկերի` թույլատրելի սահմաններում պահպանմամբ ինքնածախսածածկվելն ու մատչելի պայմաններով ֆինանսավորում իրականացնելն է ՓՄՁ հատվածին` վարկերի, երաշխիքների, լիզինգների և ֆինանսական այլ գործիքների կիրառմամբ:

«Մենք ֆինանսավորում ենք կառավարության կողմից գերակա և ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող տնտեսության ճյուղերը, չենք ֆինանսավորում ներմուծումը և առևտուրը:

Ֆինանսավորում իրականացնելիս սերտորեն համագործակցում ենք ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների հետ»,- նշեց Արթուր Բադալյանը:

Որոշ դեպքերում, ըստ բանախոսի, «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ-ն ֆինանսավորում է նաև իրենց գործունեությունը նոր սկսող ՓՄՁ-ների. «Այս ուղղությամբ «Հայաստանի ՓՄՁ զարգացման ազգային կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի հետ կնքել ենք համագործակցության պայմանագիր, որով սահմանված առաջնահերթությունների շրջանակում հիմնադրամի կողմից նախապես ընտրված շահառուներին, համապատասխան բիզնես ծրագրերի ներկայացման դեպքում, հիմնադրամի երաշխավորությամբ կարող ենք տրամադրել վարկեր»,- ասաց «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ գործադիր տնօրենը:

2016 թվականին «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ-ի կողմից, Արթուր Բադալյանի խոսքով, վարկավորվել է 50 ձեռնարկություն: Վարկերը տրամադրվում են մինչև 7 տարի մարման ժամկետով, բացառապես ՀՀ դրամով: 2017 թվականի ընթացքում արդեն մոտ մեկ միլիարդ դրամի վարկավորում է իրականացվել (20 ծրագիր): Կազմակերպությունը Հայաստանի համայնքներից ստացել է մոտ 95 ներդրումային ծրագիր:

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի ֆինանսական վարձակալության` լիզինգի պետական աջակցության ծրագրին՝ Արթուր Բադալյանն ասաց, որ գյուղտեխնիկայի ձեռքբերման պայմաններն են` 20% կանխավճար, տարեկան տոկոսադրույքը` 9 %, որից 7 %-ը սուբսիդավորվում է պետության կողմից արդյունքում` ֆերմերը վճարում է 2% լիզինգային տոկոսադրույք, 3-10 տարի մարման ժամկետում` կախված տեխնիկայի տեսակից:

«ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ն իր միջոցներով լիզինգի գործողության ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածի ընթացքում լիզինգի առարկաներն ապահովագրել է կորստյան և վնասվածքի ռիսկերից (կասկո): Հաշվի առնելով գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներից գոյացած եկամուտների սեզոնայնությունը` «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ-ն սահմանել է լիզինգառուներին հարմար վճարումների ժամանակացույց:

«Գործունեության ողջ ընթացքում մեր կազմակերպությունն աշխատել է շահույթով: 2016 թվականը փակել ենք 260 միլիոն դրամ շահույթով, որից հարկեր ենք վճարել, շահույթն ուղղվում է նաև գլխավոր պահուստի համալրմանը, կապիտալի մեծացմանը»,- շեշտեց Արթուր Բադալյանը՝ հավելելով, որ «ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ» ՈՒՎԿ ՓԲԸ ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի կողմից արժանացել է «Օրինապահ հարկ վճարող» հավաստագրի:
