Գեղարքունիքում վիրավորված զինծառայողները հաստատել են՝ իրենք կանխում են ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ-երի կրակոցները ՀՀ գյուղերի ուղղությամբ և կատարում են բնակչության անմիջական պաշտպանության գործառույթ. ՄԻՊ

Այսօր Գեղարքունիքում վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողները հոսպիտալում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներին հաստատել են, որ իրենք կանխում են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից ՀՀ գյուղերի ուղղությամբ արձակվող կրակոցները և կատարում են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության անմիջական պաշտպանության գործառույթ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

Մասնավորապես, այսօր՝ 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 28-ին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են զինվորական հոսպիտալ և տեսակցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սոթքից մինչև Վերին Շորժա գյուղերի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հրահրած կրակոցներից վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողներին:

Այցի ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել առանձնազրույցներ: Զինծառայողները տեղեկացրել են, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը վերջին օրերին կրակոցներ են արձակում հայկական դիրքերի և մոտակա գյուղերի ուղղությամբ: Զինծառայողները հայտնել են նաև, որ հուլիսի 28-ին՝ ժամը 03:40-04:00-ի սահմաններում, ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակոցներն ավելի ինտենսիվ են դարձել:

Ընդ որում, ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները կիրառել են տարբեր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներ, այդ թվում՝ ականանետներ, դիպուկահար հրացաններ, գնդացիրներ և այլն:

Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները թիրախավորել են հայկական դիրքերի հարևանությամբ գտնվող քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերը՝ Գեղարքունիքի գյուղերը, որոնց պաշտպանության արդյունքում էլ հայ զինծառայողները ստացել են տարբեր վիրավորումներ:

Այցի ընթացքում ուսումնասիրվել են վիրավորում ստացած զինծառայողների բժշկական փաստաթղթերը, նրանց առողջական վիճակը քննարկվել է հոսպիտալի բուժանձնակազմի հետ: Զինծառայողները ստացել են տարբեր վիրավորումներ (ուսահոդի, դեմքի, ազդրի և այլն), չորս զինծառայողներից մեկի վիճակը բժիշկները գնահատել են թեթև ծանրության, երկուսինը՝ միջին, մյուսինը՝ ծանր:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում ամփոփվում են հավաքագրված տեղեկությունները: Զինծառայողների առողջական վիճակը Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո է:
