Ֆրանսիան մտահոգված է Հայաստանի սահմանային անվտանգության համար. Ժոնաթան Լաքոտ

«Լիովին տեղյակ եմ, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում, մասնավորապես,  Գեղարքունիքի մարզում զինված գործողություններ են ընթանում: Մենք մտքով զինվորների հետք ենք և քաջ գիտակցում ենք, որ այս ամենը տեղի է  ունենում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի վճակի շարունակական վատթարացման համատեքստում»,- հայտարարել է ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտը՝ «Էրեբունի» պատմահնագիտական արգելոց-թանգարանի պեղումներին նվիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ընթացքում և ընդգծել, որ մտքով նաև Գեղարքունիքում է:

Դեսպանը նշել է, որ այս իրադարձությունները առաջացնում են ֆրանսիայի անհանգստությունը, քանի որ դրանով հրադադարը խախտվում է, ինչի հետևանքով Հայաստանի սահմանների անվտանգային վիճակի վատթարացում է գրանցվում:

«ֆրանսիան կոչ է անում վերսկսել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև քաղաքական գործընթացը, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ,  դա պետք է լինի արդար ու չպետք է տեղի ունենա ուժի կամ այլ ազդեցության ներքո»,- շեշտել է Ժոնաթան Լաքոտը: Ըստ նրա՝ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում շփումներ կան ֆրանսիայի, Ռուսաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև, որպեսզի նախևառաջ սահմանային լարվածության թուլացման ուղղությամբ ներդրում ունենան, իսկ երբ պահը գա ներդրում ունենան նաև քաղաքական գործընթացում:

«Այս պահին մեր հիմնական մտահոգությունը Հայաստանի սահմանների վիճակն է: Բնականաբար, մեր մտքում է և մենք չենք մոռանում 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված  համաձայնագրի որոշ կետերի մասին, որոնց հետ դեռ խնդիրներ կան, մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանում պահվող բոլոր ռազմագերիների ազատ արձակման հարցն է»,- նշել է դեսպանը:
