Ադրբեջանի պահվածքը հետևանքն է այս իշխանության քաղաքականության և նպատակ ունի շարունակական ճնշումների միջոցով իր համար հաջող փաստաթուղթ ստանալ․ Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Պետք է արձանագրենք, որ Ադրբեջանի այս պահվածքը հետևանքն է այս իշխանության իրականացրած քաղաքականության և 2020 թվականի պատերազմի արդյունքի և դրան հետևած գործընթացների։ Այս մասին  Tert.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի անդամ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ անդրադառնալով սահմանային լարվածությանը։

«Ադրբեջանը երկու նպատակ ունի․ առաջինը՝ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ճնշումներ գործադրելու միջոցով ստանալ իր համար ցանկալի արդյունք և այս ճանապարհին հասնելու համար նա ուժեղացնելու է ճնշումները ինչպես սահմանի տարբեր ուղղություններով, այնպես էլ  դիվանագիտական»,– ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այդ ճնշումները տեսանելի են նաև Ադրբեջանից հնչող հայտարարությունների տեսքով։

«Ադրբեջանի երկրորդ նպատակն է՝ Հայաստանի տարբեր ռազմավարական նշանակության օբյեկտների, ճանապարհների նկատմամբ ստանալ վերահսկողություն»,– ասաց նա և նշեց, որ դրա շնորհիվ Ադրբեջանը մշտապես կունենա գերիշխող դիրք։

«Ադրբեջանի  իշխանությունները հնարավորություն են տեսնում զարգացնելու իրենց հաջողությունը, ինչին նպաստում է ՀՀ իշխանության անկարողություն, իրավիճակին ոչ համարժեք գործելը»,– ասաց նա։

Ըստ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի՝ թե որ ուղղությամբ լարվածության հաջորդ ալիքը կլինի, տակտիկական խնդիր է, այս պահին Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր նպատակը շարունակական ճնշումների միջոցով իր համար հաջող փաստաթուղթ ստանալն է։ Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանը ճնշման չորս ուղղություն է ֆիքսել՝ Գորիս–Կապան ճանապարհը, Սոթք–Խոզնավար հատվածը, երրորդը՝ Երասխը, իսկ չորրորդ ուղղությունը չցանկացավ բացահայտել։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ստեղծված իրավիճակին միջազգային հանրության, և հատկապես մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ արձագանքին, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ այս իրավիճակին անդրադարձել է ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարը, որի ասելիքն է, որ եթե դուք չեք պայքարում ձեր սահմանների համար, կռիվ չեք անում, ապա մենք ձեր փոխարեն կռիվ չենք անելու։

«Սպասելիքներն ակնկալելի էր, ավելին, բայց մյուս կողմից հայ–ռուսական հարաբերությունների ներկայիս մակարդակը, Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը ոչ միանշանակ իրավիճակ են ստեղծել, և Հայաստանը մեծ թվով հարցերում միայնակ է»,– ասաց նա։
