ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները կկայանան հոկտեմբերի 17-ին և նոյեմբերի 14-ին

Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն արտահերթ նիստում այսօր որոշում կայացրեց փոխել այս տարի կայանալիք Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրերը:

«2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ին ԿԸՀ-ն սահմանել էր 2021 թվականի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների օրեր: Իհարկե, այդ ժամանակ ԿԸՀ-ն չէր կարող կանխատեսել, որ 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ին կկայանան Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրություններ, որոնք  փոխել են մի քանի հանգամանք, ըստ որի ԿԸՀ-ին առաջարկվում է վերանայելու սեպտեմբերի 26-ին և հոկտեմբերի 17-ին նշանակված ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրերը»,- ԿԸՀ նիստում հայտարարեց ԿԸՀ քարտուղար Արմեն Սմբատյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ նորընտիր ԱԺ-ում առնվազն երկու նոր խմբակցություն է լինում, որոնք պարտավորություն և իրավունք ունեն  ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ նշանակելու տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամներ, ԿԸՀ-ն պարտավոր է նրանց համար կազմակերպել լիցենզավորման դասընթացներ, ինչի համար ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ:

Բացի այդ, ըստ Ա. Սմբատյանի, կազմակերպչական այլ բնույթի խնդիրներ ևս կան, որոնք պետք է լուծել ու պատշաճ կազմակերպել ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները, որոնք իրենց մասշտաբով ամենամեծն են:
