Շնորհավորում եմ «Հայաստան» ու «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքներին՝ ԱԺ անցնելու առիթով․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անդրադարձավ Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշմանը՝ արտահերթ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ։

Նա արձանագրեց, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունները Հայաստանում անցել են ժողովրդավարության չափանիշներին համապատասխան ու ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքները արտահայտում են հայ ժողովրդի կամքը: «Այսպիսովՙ 8-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովը կազմված կլինի 107 պատգամավորից ու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը կունենա 71 մանդատ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքըՙ 29 մանդատ, «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքըՙ 7 մանդատ»,-ասաց նա:

Նա շնորհավորեց  ճգնաժամային պայմաններում ազատ ու մրցակցային խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացման կապակցությամբ: «Շնորհավորում եմ «Հայաստան» ու «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքներին ԱԺ անցնելու առիթով, ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ ընտրությունները դարձել են ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման միջոց, մինչդեռ, նախկինում մենք սովոր ենք եղել ընտրությունների արդյունքներով քաղաքական ճգնաժամեր ունենալու պրակտիկային»,-ասաց նա:

Նա Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշման մեջ առաձնացրեց մի շարք դիտարկումներ, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձավ ատելության խոսքին վերաբերվող հատվածին: «Ըստ ՍԴ-իՙ ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից քարոզչությունն ուղղված է ընտրողների վստահությունը ձեռք բերելուն, ամրապնդելուն: Ուզում եմ ասել հետևյալըՙ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը Ազգային ժողովում ու Ազգային ժողովից դուրս տրամադրված է կառուցողական, փոխադարձ հարգանքի հիման վրա հիմնված աշխատանքիՙ հանուն մեր երկրի անվտանգության ու բարեկեցության»,-ասաց նա:
