3 տարում տեսել ենք՝ Դատախազությունն ինչ պրակտիկա է ձևավորել. տարբերակում չի դրել ՔՊ-ի և ընդդիմադիրների հետ առնչվելիս. համոզված եմ՝ այդ տրամաբանությունը կիրառելու է նաև Մանուկյանի հանդեպ. Վարդևանյան

Իմ մեկնաբանությունները կլսեք դատարանում, բայց մի բան ասեմ՝ երբ համեմատականներ են բերվում, պետք է նաև օգտագործվեն վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի կողմից հունիսի 7-ից մինչև հունիսի 16-ը ընկած հատվածում արած հայտարարությունները: Այս մասին այսօր Հայաստանի նախկին վարչապետ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի գործով դատական նիստից առաջ ասաց փաստաբան Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

Հիշեցնենք՝ Վազգեն Մանուկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 301-րդ հոդվածով (իշխանությունը զավթելուն, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելուն կամ սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչերը), և որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:

«Նաև, խնդրում եմ, մի համեմատական վարժություններ տանենք. եթե պարոն Մանուկյանն իր հայտարարություններն անելիս իր ձեռքին մուրճ ունենար և մուրճը ձեռքին նման հայտարարություններ աներ, բայց անպայման խոսքի ամբողջ կոնտեքստում նաև նշեր, որ այդ մուրճը ՀՀ անվտանգության վերականգնման, կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթղթից հրաժարվելու սինվոլն է, և այդ մուրճը պետք է բոլորի գլխին ջարդվի, որոնք առնչություն են ունեցել կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթղթի հետ: Այս համեմատական վարժությունների շրջանակներում կարող եք նաև տեսնել Դատախազության արձագանքը ՍԴ-ում և դրանից հետո հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Դատախազությունը որևէ երկակի ստանդարտ չընդունող մարմին է, ես համոզված եմ, որ այդ նույն տրամաբանությունը կիրառելու են նաև Վազգեն Մանուկյանի վերաբերյալ գործին»,-ասաց նա:
