Առուշ Առուշանյանի պաշտպաններին կոչ ենք անում մնալ մասնագիտական էթիկայի շրջանակներում և զերծ մնալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի գործունեությունը կասկածի տակ առնող հիմնազուրկ հայտարարություններից․ ՀՔԾ

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը պարզաբանում է տարածել Գորիսի քաղաքապետ Առուշ Առուշանյանի պաշտպանների հայտարարության վերաբերյալ։ Պարզաբանման մեջ ասվում է․

«Քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Ա. Առուշանյանի պաշտպանության կողմը, հետևություններ չանելով նախօրեին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կողմից տարածված հայտարարությունից և շարունակելով մանիպուլյատիվ վարքագիծը` հրապարակել է իր տեսակետը հավաստող «ապացույցներ, ինչին ի պատասխան` ստիպված ենք հրապարակել նախաքննության կատարումը քննչական խմբին հանձնարարելու մասին 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ին կայացված որոշումն ու 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին հիշյալ որոշումը մեղադրյալին և նրա պաշտպաններին ծանոթացնելու վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունը:

Ընդ որում, պաշտպանության կողմն արդեն երկրորդ անգամ անհասկանալի կերպով պնդում է, որ վերը նշված փաստաթղթերը չեն տրամադրվել իրենց և դատարանին: Առնվազն տարօրինակ է, թե ինչպես է հիշյալ փաստաթղթերի փաթեթը բացակայել հենց պաշտպանների մոտ այն դեպքում, երբ դրանց պատճենները վարույթի ընթացքում ներկայացվել են կողմերին և դատարանին: Սակայն անկախ այս հանգամանքից, ինչպես արդեն նշվեց, պաշտպանները դեռևս 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին ծանոթացել են քննչական խումբ կազմելու մասին որոշմանը, ինչի մասին փաստում է դրա վերաբերյալ կազմված արձանագրությունը` հավաստված վերջիններիս ստորագրություններով:

Այսպիսով` առավել քան ակնհայտ է, որ պաշտպանները քաջատեղյակ են եղել, որ քննչական խմբի ղեկավարը հանդիսանում է Խ. Մեջլումյանը, ում կողմից էլ կայացվել են Ա. Առուշանյանին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու և նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշումները:  

Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը` պաշտպաններին կոչ ենք անում պաշտպանական մարտավարություն ընտրելիս մնալ կոռեկտության ու մասնագիտական էթիկայի շրջանակներում և զերծ մնալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի օրինական գործունեությունը կասկածի տակ առնող հիմնազուրկ հայտարարություններ կատարելուց»:
