Երկու անձ Մասիսի տարածաշրջանի մի շարք ընտրողների առաջարկել են կաշառք՝ ընտրություններին «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի օգտին քվեարկելու համար. ՀՔԾ

Ընտրողներին կաշառք տալու, ստանալու և ընտրակաշառքի միջնորդության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննված քրեական գործով պարզվել է, որ Կ. Գրիգորյանն ու Ռ. Հակոբյանը, ընդգրկված լինելով «Պատիվ ունեմ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի աշխատանքներում, 2021 թվականի հունիսի 9-ից հունիսի 19-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Մասիսի տարածաշրջանի մի շարք ընտրողների, այդ թվում՝ Վ. Գալուստյանին և Ս. Բաղդասարյանին, իսկ վերջիններիս միջոցով նաև նրանց ազգականներին ու ծանոթներին առաջարկել են տարբեր չափերի կաշառք՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին «Պատիվ ունեմ» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՔԾ-ն:

Ս. Բաղդասարյանն ու Վ. Գալուստյանը, ընդունելով հիշյալ դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու դիմաց որպես կաշառք 20.000 ՀՀ դրամ ստանալու առաջարկը, Կ. Գրիգորյանին են փոխանցել նաև իրենց ընտանիքի անդամների և ծանոթների անձնագրային տվյալները, որից հետո` մինչև ընտրությունների անցկացման օրը, Կ. Գրիգորյանից անձամբ քանիցս պահանջել են կաշառքի գումարները:

Բացի այդ, Ս. Բաղդասարյանն ու Վ. Գալուստյանը իրենց ծանոթներին տեղեկացրել են Կ. Գրիգորյանի կողմից Մասիսի տարածաշրջանի հաշվառում ունեցող հնարավորինս շատ ընտրողների կաշառք տալու պատրաստակամության մասին և ստացել նրանց համաձայնությունը` գումարի դիմաց վերը նշված դաշինքի օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու վերաբերյալ,  ապա այդ մասին տեղեկացրել են Կ. Գրիգորյանին և վերջինիս փոխանցել նշված ընտրողների անձնագրային տվյալները՝ այդպիսով նպաստելով ընտրակաշառքի շուրջ համաձայնության գալուն:

Երկու և ավելի ընտրողների կաշառք տալու համար Կ. Գրիգորյանին և Ռ. Հակոբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը: Ընտրակաշառք ստանալու և ընտրակաշառքի միջնորդության համար Ս. Բաղդասարյանին ու Վ. Գալուստյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 154.2-րդ հոդվածի և 154.9-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
