Բաքուն նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը բացահայտ կեղծիքներ է վերագրում․ այդ տրամաբանությամբ հայ փախստականները պետք է վերադառնան Նախիջևան, Գանձակ, Բաքու, Սումգայիթ և այլ հայաթափված տարածքներ․ ԱԳՆ

Ադրբեջանը, Հայաստանի հանդեպ առաջադրելով տարածքային և պատմական կեղծ պահանջներ, փորձում է միջազգային օրակարգից դուրս բերել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը․ եթե ելնենք ադրբեջանական մեկնաբանության տրամաբանությունից, ապա հայ փախստականները պետք է վերադառնան Նախիջևան, Գանձակ, Բաքու, Սումգայիթ և ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի այլ հայաթափված տարածքներ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արձագանքել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցչի հայտարարությանը, որը պարունակում է Հայաստանի հանդեպ տարածքային պահանջներ: ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից պատասխանել են «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին:

Հարց․ Նախօրեին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը հանդես է եկել մեկնաբանությամբ, որը պարունակում է Հայաստանի հանդեպ տարածքային և պատմական պահանջներ։ Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում նմանօրինակ պահանջները։

Պատասխան․ Ադրբեջանական կողմը, Հայաստանի հանդեպ առաջադրելով տարածքային և պատմական կեղծ պահանջներ, փորձում է մի կողմից միջազգային օրակարգից դուրս բերել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ ստեղծել նոր սպառնալիքներ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության և կայունության համար։

Փորձելով հիմնավորել նմանօրինակ շինծու օրակարգը՝ ադրբեջանական կողմը չի խորշում նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը բացահայտ կեղծիքներ վերագրելուց։ Եթե ելնենք վերոնշյալ փաստաթղթի՝ տեղահանվածների վերադարձի ադրբեջանական մեկնաբանության տրամաբանությունից, ապա հայ փախստականները պետք է վերադառնան Նախիջևան, Գանձակ, Բաքու, Սումգայիթ և ներկայիս Ադրբեջանի այլ հայաթափված տարածքներ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակի կողմից հնչեցված Հայաստանի հանդեպ պատմական պահանջներին, ապա մեզ համար դժվար է ըմբռնել «պատմական» բնորոշման Ադրբեջանի չափանիշները։ Ստիպված ենք վերստին հիշեցնել, որ պատմությունը երբեք չի կարող լինել մի այնպիսի երկրի ուժեղ կողմը, որի թե՛ աշխարհագրական և թե՛ քաղաքական անվանումը մեկդարյա պատմություն ունի, իսկ ադրբեջանցի անվանումն անգամ դրանից էլ նոր է։

Հայ և ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդների միջև հարատև թշնամություն սերմանելու և պահպանելու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության ջանքերը մշտական սպառնալիք են տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության և անվտանգության համար։  Հայաստանին ռևանշիզմի մեջ մեղադրելուց առաջ Ադրբեջանը պետք է միջազգային հանրությանը բացատրի, թե որն է Բաքվի «ռազմավարի պուրակի» խորհուրդը, որը ոչ այլ ինչ է քան ռևանշիզմի և մարդատյացության ամոթալի «հուշարձան»։
