ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Ա. Առուշանյանի պաշտպանության կողմն այսօր մանիպուլյատիվ հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ իբր տարակուսանք հայտնելով, թե ինչպես է Ա. Առուշանյանին մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու և նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշումները կայացրել ՀՀ ՀՔԾ քննիչ Խ. Մեջլումյանը, երբ տվյալ գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավարը, ըստ իրենց տրամադրված նյութերի, հանդիսացել է այլ քննիչ: Այս մասին պարզաբանում է տարածել ՀՔԾ խոսնակ Մարինա Օհանջանյանը:

«Կարևորելով հանրության կողմից անաչառ և ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն ստանալու իրավունքը՝ անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում հայտնել, որ դեռևս 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ին քրեական գործի նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբին, որի ղեկավար է նշանակվել Խ. Մեջլումյանը, ով նույն օրը քրեական գործն ընդունել է վարույթ:

Ա. Առուշանյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու օրվա դրությամբ Խ. Մեջլումյանի՝ քննչական խմբի ղեկավար հանդիսանալու հանգամանքի մասին են վկայում քրեական գործի նյութերում առկա փաստաթղթերը, այդ թվում՝ քննչական խումբ կազմելու մասին որոշումը մեղադրյալին և պաշտպաններին ծանոթացնելու մասին 2021 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին կազմված արձանագրությունը, որի վրա առկա են վերջիններիս ստորագրությունները: Ուստի անհերքելի է, որ Ա. Առուշանյանի պաշտպանները քաջատեղյակ են եղել, որ քննչական խմբի ղեկավարը հանդիսանում է Խ. Մեջլումյանը, ում կողմից էլ կայացվել են Ա. Առուշանյանին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու և նրա նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ որոշումները:
