Միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել, որում անդրադառնում է Սյունիքի միջանցքի թեմային։ Գրառման մեջ ասվում է․

«Սյունիքի միջանցքի (ճանապարհի) մասին

Սյունիքով անցնող միջանցքը (ճանապարհը), որով Ադրբեջանը պետք է կապվի Նախիջևանի՝ հետևապես նաև Թուրքիայի հետ, տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից լուրջ ազդեցութուն է ունենալու: Այստեղ ամենակարևորն այն է, թե ով է լինելու այս միջանցքի անվտանգության երաշխավորը: Հազիվ, թե մենք լինենք: Կամ ռուսներն են լինելու, կամ թուրքերը: Ու, քանի որ այս միջանցքը դեռ չկա, կարծում եմ դեռ չկա վերջնական պայմանավորվածություն, թե ում զորքն է դա անելու:

1. Բնականաբար թուրքերն ուզում են իրենց ճանապարհը իրենք տիրություն անեն, ազդեցություն ձեռք բերել Հայաստանում, հյուսիս-հարավ տեղաշարժը ամբողջապես վերահսկեն, կախվածության մեջ առնեն Իրանին:

2. Ռուսներն էլ ցանկանում են պահպանել ճանապարհի նկատմամբ՝ հետևաբար նաև թուրք-ադրբեջանական համագործակցության նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն և որոշակիորեն ամրապնդեն իրենց դիրքերը:

3. Թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ճնշումը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ (սահմանային միջադեպեր, Ալիևի հայտարարություններ) նրա համար են, որպեսզի Հայաստանն արագ գնա զիջման, քանի դեռ թույլ է:

4. Պուտինի նախապատրաստելը մեզ ցավոտ զիջումների, նշանակում է, որ ճանապարհը այսպես, թե այնպես լինելու է՝ սահմանազատման աշխատանքներին զուգահեռ:

Միաժամանակ, կարծում եմ ռուսներն էլ դեռ ժամանակ են փորձում շահել, հաշվի առնելով իրենց սեփական խնդիրները: Բարդ է նույնիսկ Ռուսաստանի պես գերտերության համար սպասարկել Եվրոպայում, Ուկրաինայում, Բելառուսում, Վրաստանում, Արցախում, Մերձավոր Արևելքում, Միջին Ասիայում և այլ վայրերում իրենց շահերը: Տեղ-տեղ պետք է սպասել, տեղ-տեղ էլ տակտիկական նահանջ կազմակերպել: Ու այս ամենը տնտեսական խնդիրների և ներքաղաքական լարվածության ֆոնին:
