ՍԴ-ն այս պայմաններում չունեցավ խիզախություն կայացնելու ճիշտ որոշում, որն ընտրության արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին էր. Արամ Վարդևանյան (տեսանյութ)

«Որոշումը կանխատեսելի էր, Սահմանադրական դատարանի նկատմամբ քաղաքական ճնշումները պարզ և հստակ»,-  ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ ՍԴ որոշումից հետո լրագրողներին ասաց «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ Արամ Վարդևանյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ 9 դատավորներից յուրաքանչյուրը պատկերացնում էր, որ իշխանությանը դեմ գնալու դեպքում կարող է իրենց փռեն ասֆալտին, կտրեն մատները, վենդետա լինի։

«Կարելի է ասել Սահմանադրական դատարանն այս պայմաններում չունեցավ խիզախություն կայացնելու ճիշտ որոշում, որն ընտրության արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու մասին էր, բայց դրանից իրավիճակը չի փոխվում։ Բոլորդ տեսաք նիստի ընթացքը, նիստում քննարկված հարցերը, հակափաստարկների բացակայությունը, որից ոչ մի իրողություն չի կարող փոխվել Սահմանադրական դատարանի իրավական փաթեթավորմամբ քաղաքական հրահանգով կատարված որոշմամբ։ Այս ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ այս իշխանությունը չունի ժողովրդի կողմից վստահությունը»,- նշեց նա։

Արամ Վարդևանյանն ընդգծեց՝ ՍԴ-ն Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի և քաղաքական իշխանության հետ միասին աշխատելով, նման որոշումներ ստանալով՝ իրավիճակ չեն փոխելու։ «Վստահությունը տվյալ դեպքում չկա, ՍԴ-ով չի կարող հայտնվել կամ հակառակն ապացուցել»,- նշեց նա։

«Հայաստան» դաշինքի ներկայացուցչի խոսքով, նույնիսկ ԿԸՆ-ն ընդունեց ընտրախախտումները, հասկացան, որ Արմեն Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ ներկայացված դիրքորոշում, որ իրեն ճնշել էին հունիսի 20-ին ընտրություն նշանակել, հաստատվեց, քանի որ այստեղ վարույթն այնպիսին է՝ եթե հակառակի մասին տվյալ չկա, ուրեմն դա համարվում է հաստատված։

«Մենք խոսում էինք նրա մասին, որ կա 109 հազար չաշխատող անձնագիր։ Մենք խնդրեցինք, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանը կատարեր մեկ գործողություն, որով կարող էր ուղղակի հերքել մեր այս արգումենտը։ Չարեցին։ Եթե կարծում էիք իրենք ունեին այդ համոզմունքը, որ այդ չաշխատող անձնագրերից յուրաքանչյուրն էլ պատշաճ է եղել, ոչ մի խնդիր չի եղել, արդյո՞ք մեկ վայրկյան կհապաղեին ու սեկտի համակարգի տվյալները չէին բերի մեզ հակառակը ցույց տալու համար։ Չարեցին»,- նշեց նա:

Հարցին՝ կարծում է գործող իշխանության հրահանգո՞վ է կայացվել այսպիսի որոշում, Արամ Վարդևանյանը պատասխանեց. «Եկեք հիշենք, թե ով էր հունիսի 7-ից մինչև հունիսի 16-ը խոսում վենդետաների, մատներ կտրելու, չագուճը գլխներին ջարդելու մասին, դուք կգտնեք ձեր հարցի պատասխանը»։

Վարդևանյանի կարծիքով, երբ ՍԴ-ի նկատմամբ չի լինում այնպիսի ճնշում, որը մենք տեսանք այս ժամանակահատվածում, սահմանադրական արդարադատությունը լինում է հասանելի յուրաքանչյուրին։
