Հայաստանի ջրային սովը հաղթահարելու ուղղությամբ որևէ իրական քաղաքական քայլ չի արվում, երաշտի պայմաններում մեր ավազաններն անջուր են. Ինգա Զարաֆյան (տեսանյութ)

Մեր էներգետիկ համակարգը տուժել է, քանի որ Արցախի փոքր ՀԷԿ-երը մեզ էներգիա էին տալիս, դա լուրջ կորուստ է, բայց վնասը կարելի է փոխհատուցել արևային էներգետիկայով. ՀՀ էներգետիկ ռազմավարությամբ՝ արևային էներգետիկայի ծավալը պետք է հասցվի մինչև 1000 մՎտ-ի, ինչը լուրջ ցուցանիշ է: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «#ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել «Էկոլուր» տեղեկատվական ՀԿ նախագահ Ինգա Զարաֆյանը:

«Ջրային ռեսուրսների անվտանգությունը խնդրահարույց է։ Նորացվող տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ կորցնում ենք գետեր, դրանք դադարում են մեր գետային ավազանի մասը լինելուց։ Գետերի թունավորումը, ինչը չի բացառվում, ահաբեկչական ակտ է։ Ցավոք, պատերազմի օրերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից ֆոսֆորային ռումբերի կիրառումն այսօր մենք չենք կարող ապացուցել, կան միայն լուսանկարներ և տեսանյութեր, բայց տեղանքն այլևս մերը չէ, և արդեն ադրբեջանցիներն են սկսել մեզ մեղադրել ֆոսֆորային ռումբեր կիրառելու համար»,- ասել է բնապահպանը:    

Ըստ Զարաֆյանի՝ Հայաստանը կարող է վերահսկել ջրի որակը, խնդիրն այն է, որ երաշտի պայմաններում մեր ավազանները մնում են առանց ջրի, քանի որ կառավարման համակարգը չի համապատասխանում նորմերին. «Անգամ ջրառատ Վայոց ձորի մարզում ջրային սով է, էլ ի՞նչ ասես Արմավիրի մասին, այնտեղ նույնիսկ կոյուղաջրերով են ոռոգում պարտեզները։ Ջրային սովը հաղթահարելու ուղղությամբ որևէ իրական քաղաքական քայլ չի արվում։ Արարատյան դաշտի 6-7 խոշոր ձկնաբուծարանների խորքային հորերն այդպես էլ չեն փակվում, այդտեղ ջուրը պարզապես շատրվանում է։ Եվրոպացի դիտորդներն ասում են, որ Հայաստանի ոռոգման համակարգերը շատ հին են, նորոգված չեն, և մեկ հոգու ջրի պահանջարկը շատ ավելին է, քան հարևան Վրաստանում և Ադրբեջանում»:

Էկոլոգի կարծիքով՝ Ամուլսարի շուրջ բնապահպան ակտիվիստների տեղակայած հսկիչ կետերը չեն գործում, քանի որ հանքի տարածքում էլ որևէ բան չի կատարվում. «Անորոշությունը շարունակվում է։ Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը լրջորեն միջամտում է Ամուլսարի ներդրումային ծրագրին, քննարկվում են բնապահպանների բերած բողոքները, ապացուցողական բազա է ներդրվում, թե ինչ խախտումներ են տեղի ունեցել ծրագրի իրականացման ժամանակ։ Մենք պնդում ենք, որ ՎԶԵԲ-ը պետք է իր գնահատականը տա կատարվածին։ Հանքում այս պահին որևէ ակտիվություն չկա, հանքի աշխատակիցներն էլ անգործության են մատնված։ Շշուկներ կան, որ «Լիդիանը» փորձում է վաճառել Ամուլսարի ծրագիրը»:
