Ծառայությունը թողնելուց հետո քննիչները, դատախազները բախվելու են այն նույն խախտումներին, որոնք հիմա իրենց օրոք են թույլ տրվում. չպետք է մոռանալ, որ մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները ևս բումերանգ են. ՄԻՊ

Հետաքրքիր վիճակ է, երբ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից թույլ տրվող մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներին փաստաբանի կամ անձնական կարգավիճակով բախվում են հենց այդ մարմինների նախկին աշխատակիցները (հետաքննիչներ, քննիչներ, դատախազներ և այլն), և այդ խախտումներին նրանց արձագանքը սովորաբար առավել կոշտ է լինում: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

«Ու խոսքն էլ այն խախտումների մասին է, որ թույլ են տրվել նաև այն ժամանակ, երբ իրենք են այդ մարմիններում աշխատել կամ գուցե նրանց մի մասը հենց ինքն է թույլ տվել այդ խախտումները:

Խախտումներին արձագանքելն, իհարկե, դրական է, բայց այս կրկնվող շղթայի մասին պետք է հիշեն բոլոր քննիչները, դատախազները կամ օպերատիվ ծառայողները. ծառայությունը կամ համակարգը թողնելուց  հետո իրենք են բախվելու այն նույն խախտումներին, որ հիմա իրենց օրոք են թույլ են տրվում:
