Այդ ուղղությամբ որևէ բանակցություն չունենք․ Ավինյանը՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ Ալիևի հայտարարության մասին

Առաջնահերթությունների շարքում է Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը, և քանի դեռ այդ հարցը վերջնականապես լուծված չէ, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանականերում բանակցությունները վերսկսված չեն, կարծում եմ՝ այլ լուծումների, այլ մոտեցումների մասին դժվար կլինի խոսել։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հայտարարությանը, թե ՀՀ-ն պատրաստ չէ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը, և որ պետք է դելիմիտացիայի աշխատանքներ տարվեն։

«Մենք շատ կարևորում ենք բանակցային գործընթացը, կարևորում ենք այն որոշակի դրական տեղաշարժերը, որոնք առկա են ապաշրջափակման բանակցային գործընթացում, բայցևայնպես վերջնական բոլոր հանգուցալուծումները, խաղաղության համաձայնագրերը, դելիմիտացիան և դեմարկացիան իրենց մեջ որոշակի խութեր են պարունակում, և առաջին ամենակարևոր խնդիրն Արցախի և Արցախի ժողովրդի կարգավիճակի հարցն է»,-ասաց նա։

Դիտարկմանը, թե խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու պահանջ է ներկայացնում Ադրբեջանը, Ավինյանն արձագանքեց․ «Մենք այդ ուղղությամբ որևէ բանակցություն չունենք»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է գերիների նոր խմբի հնարավոր վերադարձին, Ավինյանն ասաց, թե հակված չէ նախօրոք ինֆորմացիա տրամադրել, քանի որ դա կարող է վնասել գործընթացին։

Փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն անդրադարձավ նաև Արմեն Գրիգորյանի՝ ԱԽ քարտուղարի պաշտոնից ազատմանն ու ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնին նշանակմանը՝ ասելով․ «ԱԳՆ-ում քաղաքական նշանակման և դիվանագիտական կորպուսի և քաղաքական ղեկավարության միջև որոշակի կապ ստեղծելու, որոշ ծավալով եղած տարաձայնությունները վերացնելու կարիք կա, և կարծում եմ՝ սա ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական նշանակում է»։
