12 օրից ավել է՝ մեր երկրի իշխանություններն ապօրինի թույլ չեն տալիս խտանյութի արտահանումը․ արդեն մոտ 20 մլն դոլար չի մտել ՀՀ․ Վահե Հակոբյանը՝ ԶՊՄԿ գործունեության մասին (տեսանյութ)

12 օրից ավել է՝ մեր երկրի իշխանություններն ապօրինի կերպով թույլ չեն տալիս խտանյութի արտահանումը, ինչը բերում է որոշ խնդիրների և վնասների։ Այս մասին այսօր կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսին հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» դաշինքի անդամ, «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի գործունեությանը։

«Այս 12 օրում արդեն մոտ 20 մլն դոլար չի մտել ՀՀ, և դա կարող է երկրում տարադրամի կուրսի տատանման հանգեցնել։ Այսօր սահմանին կուտակված է շուրջ 40 վագոն խտանյութ, և մաքսատան աշխատակիցները պարզապես թույլ չեն տալիս, որ այն դուրս գա՝ առանց որևէ բացատրության»,-ասաց նա։

Հիշեցնենք՝ օրերս իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները խուզարկություն էին իրականացրել ԶՊՄԿ-ում։ Վահե Հակոբյանի խոսքով՝ երեկ իրավապահ մարմինները լքել են ԶՊՄԿ տարածքը, որտեղ էին, ըստ Հակոբյանի, գորհայիններով, «ավտոմատներով»։ «Սև լիճը կոմբինատի հետ էին շփոթել, ու երեկ լքել են տարածքը»,-ասաց նա։

Վերջինիս խոսքով, սակայն, մարզում շարունակվում է իրավապահ մարմինների տեռորը։ «Հարցաքննությունների են հրավիրվում մեծից փոքր, տարեցները, կանայք։ Մարդիկ հստակ ասում են՝ իրենցից ցուցմունքներ են կորզում։ Դա հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է, իսկ իրավապահ մարմիններից արձագանքը զրո է։ Այս պահին էլ մոտ 10 քննչական խմբեր են աշխատում, որոնք նույն կերպ փորձում են իմ, համայնքապետների վրա ամրացնել իրենց կորզած ապօրինի ցուցմունքները»,-ասաց նա։
