Կոտայքի մարզում գտնվող ռետորաններից մեկի աշխատակցին առևանգելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 3 անձի. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից ռեստորանի աշխատակցի առևանգման, ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ և հոգեկան տառապանք պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՔԿ-ն:

Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Կոտայքի մարզում գտնվող ռեստորանային համալիրի տնօրենի օգնականը իր հորեղբոր որդուն և ընկերոջը պատմել է ռեստորանի աշխատակցի ու սեփականատիրոջ կնոջ մտերմիկ հարաբերությունների և նշված աշխատակցի կողմից ռեստորանից 5 միլիոն դրամ գումար գողանալու մասին:

2019թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ին՝ 18:30-ի սահմաններում, երիտասարդներն իրենց կողմից փաստացի շահագործվող, ռեստորանի սեփականատիրոջը պատկանող ավտոմեքենայով, բռնություն գործադրելով ռեստորանի հիշյալ աշխատակցի նկատմամբ, բացահայտ առևանգել են վերջինիս՝ նշված հարցերի կապակցությամբ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու և պատժելու նպատակով:

Ճանապարհին երիտասարդները ավտոմեքենայի մեջ պարբերաբար ձեռքերով և ոտքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել աշխատակցի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին և պարտադրել խոստովանել սեփականատիրոջ կնոջ հետ մտերմիկ կապի և ռեստորանային համալիրից 5 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ գումար հափշտակելու հանգամանքները, որի ընթացքում, նրա դիմադրությունը կոտրելու նպատակով, իրենց հետ նախապես վերցված «Սայգա ՄԿ» տեսակի որսորդական ակոսափող կարաբինի և օդամղիչ ատրճանակի գործադրմամբ, կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու և սպանելու սպառնալիքներ են տվել, կարաբինով և ատրճանակի բռնակով հարվածներ են հասցրել աշխատակցի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով առողջության թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ պարունակող մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Ստանալով «խոստովանությունը»` նվաստացնելու և դիտավորությամբ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելու նպատակով, երիտասարդներն  աշխատակցին ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել են Արագածոտնի մարզի Օշական գյուղում գտնվող, օգնականի կողմից վարձակալած խոզաբուծարան, որտեղ վերջինս, զենքի գործադրման սպառնալիքով, այն է՝ ինքնաձիգից կղանքի հորի մեջ կրակելով, ստիպել է ռեստորանի աշխատակցին մտնել հորը. վախի ազդեցության տակ՝ նա ամբողջ մարմնով ստիպված ընկղմվել է հորում առկա կղանքի մեջ։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ ռեստորանի տնօրենի օգնականին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 119-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, վերջինիս հորեղբոր տղային և ընկերոջը՝ 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
