Ղազարյանի կողմից ահազանգ է  ստացվել ոստիկանության Ստեփանավանի բաժին,  որ շրջագայության ժամանակ իրեն են մոտեցել մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ և հայտնել, որ Ստեփանավան քաղաքի կամրջի կենտրոնական հատվածում մի քաղաքացի անցել է կամրջի ճաղավանդակների վտանգավոր եզրագիծը և ցանկանում է իրեն ցած նետել, տեղեկացնում է Shamshyan.com–ը:
