Սպասարկող գետերի ջրատվությունը մոտ 80 տոկոսով պակասել է. Սուրեն Պապիկյանը` ոռոգման ջրի խնդրի մասին

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը խոսեց Հայաստանում սակավաջրության կանխարգելման հարցերով միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու որոշման մասին:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Պապիկյանն ասաց, որ չնայած տարին սկզբնական փուլում բարվոք էր, բայց տարվա ընթացքում առաջացավ սակավաջրության խնդիր:

«Տարբեր ուղղություններով սպասարկող հանդիսացող գետերի ջրատվությունը մոտ 80 տոկոսով պակասել է: Սա բերել է նրան, որ առկա ջրային ռեսուրսը հիմնականում սպառվում է, և դրան գումարվել է նաև էներգետիկ խնդիրը: Գիտեք, որ այս տարի Մեծամորի ատոմակայանը ամենաերկար կանգն է արել, ու այս պայմաններում մեր  հնարավորությունները էներգետիկ առումով բավականին բարդ են: Տարբեր ուղղություններով անջատումները բերում են պոմպերի խափանման ու նաև բազում ճգնաժամերի, որը փորձում ենք կառավարել: Այդ  հանձնաժողովը ստեղծվել է, որպեսզի կարողանանք առկա երաշտի պայմաններում մարդկանց ջրի հասանելիությունը ապահովել, ինչպես նաև մեր ունեցած ռեսուրսը ճիշտ օգտագործել»,- նշեց Պապիկյանը:

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը ասաց, որ այս փուլում ջրի խնդիր ունեն ոչ միայն ոռոգելի  տարածքները, այլ նաև  այն տարածքները, որոնք նախկինում ոռոգելի չեն եղել, իսկ առկա ջրային ռեսուրսը չի կարող ապահովել և մեկը, և մյուսը:

«Սա է պատճառը, որ դժգոհություններ կան, որն օբյեկտիվ է, բայց մենք պետք է համատեղ ջանքերով փորձենք այն կառավարել»,- եզրափակեց Պապիկյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում հնարավոր երաշտի կամ սակավաջրության կանխարգելման, երաշտի կամ սակավաջրության հետևանքների վերացման կամ մեղմման, հնարավոր խնդիրների բացահայտման և օպերատիվ արձագանքման միջոցառումների համակարգման, ինչպես նաև ոռոգման ոլորտի արդյունավետության բարձրացման ռազմավարության մշակման աշխատանքների համակարգման նպատակով միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով է ստեղծել:
