Եթե խոսենք «մարտի 1»-ի մասին, ապա, ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք պետք է սկսենք այն ելույթներից, որոնք հնչեցրել է Փաշինյանն այդ իրադարձությունների ժամանակ․ Դավիթ Հարությունյան

Սահմանադրական դատարանում ընտրությունների արդյունքների չեղարկման պահանջով դատավարության ժամանակ արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը հարց ուղղեց «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ Դավիթ Հարությունյանին․

«Հոկտեմբերի 27»-ի, «մարտի 1»-ի, խաղաղ ցուցարաների նկատմամբ ջրցան կիրառելու իրադարձությունները հնարավո՞ր է այնպիսի անջնջելի ազդեցություն են ունեցել ընտրողների կամքի վրա, որ այն քաղաքական ուժերը, ում օրոք նման իրադարձություններ են եղել, այլևս երբեք չեն կարող հավակնել ընտրողների հոծ զանգվածի վստահությունը»,- ասաց Բադասյանը։

Դավիթ Հարությունյանը պատասխանելուց առաջ հայտարարեց, որ երրորդ անձը, այս դեպքում՝ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը, փորձ է անում հարցը տեղափոխել քաղաքական հարթություն։

ՍԴ նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանի կարծիքով, սակայն, դրանից խուսափել հնարավոր չի լինի, քանի որ քննարկվում է համապետական ընտրությունների հարց․ «Ուզենք, թե չուզենք, քիչ թե շատ առնչվելու ենք, բայց ունենք սահմանափակում՝ կողմերը զերծ մնան քաղաքական հայտարարություններ անելուց»։

Դավիթ Հարությունյանն ամեն դեպքում արձագանքեց Ռուստամ Բադասյանին․ 

«Սկսենք «հոկտեմբերի 27»-ից, մի գործից, որը, ըստ ներկայիս իշխանությունների, պետք է բացահայտվեր։ Ես որպես անձ, որն ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածում գտնվել է դահլիճում, մասնակցել ողջ պրոցեսին, վերջում համաձայնվել լինել կենդանի վահան, երբ տեղափոխում էինք հանցագործներին դեպի մեկուսարան, կարող եմ ձեզ վստահաբար ասել՝ այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ հոկտեմբերի 27-ին, ծանրագույն հարված էր հայոց պետականությանը, բայց դա կապել այն իշխանությունների հետ, որոնք այդ պահին եղել են իշխանություն, ուղղակի ոչ միայն անմտություն է, այլ անբարոյականություն։

Եթե խոսենք «մարտի 1»-ի մասին, ապա, ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք պետք է սկսենք այն ելույթներից, որոնք հնչեցրել է Փաշինյանն այդ իրադարձությունների ժամանակ, այդ ցույցների ժամանակ ինչպես են հրահրվել բախումները։ Այդ առումով ևս, կարծում եմ, որ մենք եթե ուղղակի դա շաղկապենք իշխանությունների ապագա քաղաքական ճակատագրի հետ, ապա շատ սխալ կանենք, բայց այդ հարցին, իհարկե, անդրադառնում են ընտրողները։ Ընտրողներն, իրենց կյանքի փորձից ելնելով, փորձում են գնահատել և բացասականը, և դրականը, և այս տեսանկյունից հենց ընտրություններն են այն միակ եղանակը, որը չափում է ընտրողի տրամադրությունը, որոնք չափում ենք թե ընտրողի վրա ինչպես են ազդել այս կամ այն իրադարաձությունը։
