Ինչպես են աշխատում ԱԺ պատգամավորները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է. 

Հեղինե Բիշարյան, Կարեն Բոթոյան, Ռուստամ Գասպարյան և Արտաշես Գեղամյան: Ահա այն պատգամավորները, որոնց այսօր կանդրադառնա «Փաստը»:
ՕԵԿ–ական Հեղինե Բիշարյանը նշվածների մեջ թերևս միակն է, ով աչքի է ընկնում ելույթների և հարցերի առատությամբ՝ 147 հարց և 118 ելույթ: Բիշարյանը իր պատգամավորական մանդատը ստանձնելուց հետո կողմ է քվեարկել 525, դեմ՝ 70 և ձեռնպահ մնացել 151 անգամ, բացակայել է 62 նիստից:
Հանրապետական կուսակցության անդամ Արտաշես Գեղամյանն էլ միակն է, ով ամենից շատ է կողմ քվեարկել՝ 844 անգամ: Գեղամյանը դեմ է քվեարկել 9–ն անգամ, ձեռնպահ մնացել՝ 1: Վերջինս նաև որոշակի ակտիվություն է դրսևորել՝ 14 անգամ հարց տալով և 29–ն անգամ էլ ելույթ ունենալով ԱԺ ամբիոնից:
Ոչ մի անգամ հարց չեն տվել և ելույթ չեն ունեցել ԲՀԿ–ական Ռուստամ Գասպարյանը և խմբակցություններում չընդգրկված Կարեն Բոթոյանը: Գասպարյանը խորհրդարանում քննարկվող օրինագծերի նախաձեռնությունների օգտին քվեարկել է 404, իսկ Բոթոյանը՝ 795 անգամ: Գասպարյանը ըստ www.parliamentmonitoring.am կայքի՝ 205 անգամ ընդհանրապես չի քվեարկել, իսկ 221 անգամ էլ բացակայել է նիստերից: Ի տարբերություն նրան, Բոթոյանն ավելի օրինակելի ձևով է ներկայացել ԱԺ նիստերին՝ անցած չորս տարիների ընթացքում բացակայել է ընդամենը 72 անգամ:
Հեղինե Բիշարյանը ԱԺ–ում թեժ քննարկման առարկա դարձած օրինագծերից դեմ է քվեարկել 2017 թ. բյուջեին, կառավարության ծրագրի օրինագծին քվեարկելուց ձեռնպահ է մնացել, իսկ «1000 դրամների» օրինագծին էլ՝ կողմ: Թվով ինը օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների համահեղինակ է՝ տնտեսական, կրթական, առողջապահական և այլ ոլորտների: Դրամական միջոցները անցած չորս տարիների ընթացքում գրեթե մնացել են անփոփոխ՝ 2015 թ. տվյալներով նա 14 միլիոն 512 հազար դրամ ունի:
33–ամյա Բոթոյանը նախաձեռնություններ չունի: Չնայած իր երիտասարդ տարիքին բավական մեծ կարողությունների տեր մարդ է՝ ըստ 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի նա 47 միլիոն դրամ ունի իր հաշվին: Բոթոյանը թեև հիմա ներկայանում է որպես անկախ պատգամավոր, բայց սրանից մի քանի տարի առաջ նա ՕԵԿ–ի կազմում էր: 2014 թ. մայիսի 22–ին վերջինս հայտարարեց, որ դուրս է գալիս ՕԵԿ–ից՝ կողմ քվեարկելով Կառավարության ծրագրին:
Ռուստամ Գասպարյանը իր գործընկերոջ պես նույնպես ոչ մի օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություն չի բերել Ազգային ժողով: Ինչ վերաբերում է նրա դրամական միջոցներին, ապա ինչպես պատգամավորական մանդատը ստանձնելու, այնպես էլ 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի տվյալներով՝ նա «հետ գցած» ոչ մի կոպեկ չունի:
Որևէ նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես չի եկել նաև ՀՀԿ–ական Արտաշես Գեղամյանը: Իր պատգամավորության տարիներին վերջինս նաև աղքատացել է՝ դրամական միջոցները 24 միլիոնից հասցնելով 7–ի: Նշենք, որ նա հայտնի է իր ռուսամետ հայացքներով՝ իր հեղինակած բազմաթիվ գրքերում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ապագան միայն Ռուսաստանի հետ է և առանց որի ՀՀ–ն չի կարող գոյատևել:
