Դեռ մարտից Փաշինյանն ունենում էր քարոզչական հանդիպումներ և այդ ժամանակ հանդես էր գալիս որպես վարչապետ․ Արամ Վարդևանյան

«Արձանագրվել է վարչական դատարանի կողմից ընդունված վարչական ռեսուրսի չարաշահման մասով արձանագրված դատական ակտում»,- Սահմանադրական դատարանում հունիսի 20-ին կայացած արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու միավորված գործով դատաքննության ժամանակ ասաց «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ Արամ Վարդևանյանը:

Վարդևանյանն այս ելույթով պատասխանում էր ՍԴ դատավոր Հրայր Թովմասյանի հարցին, որ բանավոր խոսքում նշվել է շատ հանդիպումներ ընկալվում էին որպես ոչ թե թեկնածուի հետ հանդիպում, այլ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպում, քանի որ այստեղ էական տարբերություն կա։

Արամ Վարդևանյանի համոզմամբ, կրթական հաստատությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը, հենց մարզի կրթական վարչության պետն է բառացիորեն նշել ՝ վարչապետի հետ հանդիպում է։

«Ուզում եմ հատուկ նշել՝ նախընտրական քարոզարաշավի ժամանակ է»,- ընդգծեց Վարդևանյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ դեռ մարտից հետո վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ունենում էր քարոզչական բնույթի հանդիպումներ մարզերում և այդ ժամանակ նա հանդես էր գալիս որպես վարչապետ, նրան հենց այդպես էլ ներկայացնում էին, բայց այդ հանդիպումներից յուրաքանչյուրն էլ նախընտական քարոզարաշավի բացադրիչներ պարունակող էին։
