Ադրբեջանցիները թույլ չեն տվել Տեղ գյուղի բնակիչներին իրականացնել ցորենի բերքահավաք. Արման Թաթոյան

Այսօր ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները Խնածախ գյուղում հովվի անչափահաս երեխայի մոտից գողացել են 3 եղջերավոր կենդանի, իսկ Տեղ գյուղում խոչընդտել են ցորենի հավաքը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:

Այսօր ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին է ներկայացվել ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզում Խնածախ և Տեղ գյուղերի բնակիչների  իրավունքների խախտման երկու ահազանգ։ Ահազանգերի հիման վրա պարզվել է՝

Խնածախ գյուղի հովիվը ՀՀ տարածքում գտնվող արոտավայրերում 2021թ. հուլիսի 6-ին, ինչպես արել է միշտ, արածեցրել է գյուղի երկու ընտանիքի պատկանող 40 խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանի: Հովվին օգնել է նաև նրա 13-ամյա երեխան:

Առավոտյան ժամը 06:00-06:30-ի սահմաններում խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիներից 3-ը մոտեցել են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի տեղակայման վայրին: Այդ կենդանիների մոտ է գտնվել երեխան, ով փորձել է թույլ չտալ, որպեսզի նրանք ադրբեջանական դիրքին մոտենան: Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները, սակայն, իրենք են առաջ եկել դեպի կենդանիները և գոռգոռոցներով ցույց տալով իբր դա իրենց տարածքն է՝ գողացել են կենդանիներին և քշել իրենց կողմը՝ դեպի խորք:

Պարզված տվյալների համաձայն՝ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների հափշտակության մասին հովիվն անմիջապես տեղեկացրել է Տեղ խոշորացված  համայնքի ղեկավարին: Ահազանգը ստանալուց հետո վերջինն անմիջապես կապ է հաստատել ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի առաջին բանակային կորպուսի և ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ, որից հետո ձեռնարկված քայլերով է միայն հնարավոր եղել խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիները վերադարձնել հովվին:

Մյուս միջադեպը վերաբերում է Տեղ գյուղի բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտմանը: Մասնավորապես, այսօր գյուղի բնակիչները գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայով գնացել են գյուղի մոտակա տարածք՝ նախորդ տարում իրենց իսկ ցանած ցորենի բերքահավաքի համար: Սակայն ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները, տվյալ տարածքը դիտարկման ներքո պահելու հետևանքով, թույլ չեն տվել ցորենի հավաքը։

Գյուղերի բնակիչների տեղեկությունները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը ստուգել է Տեղ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարի, բնակիչների հետ քննարկումներով: Առաջին միջադեպի հետ կապված՝ հրապարակումներ են եղել նաև մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներում:

Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս հանցավոր արարքներն ուղղված են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին կյանքի, սեփականության և այլ կենսական իրավունքներից, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից զրկելուն:

Այս ամենն անհրաժեշտ է դիտարկել շարունակվող դիտավորության մեջ, քանի որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները նույնատիպ արարքներ (կենդանիների գողություններ, խոտքաղ իրականացնելու խոչընդոտներ և այլն) պարբերաբար իրականացնում են թե՛ Գեղարքունիքի, թե՛ Սյունիքի գյուղերի բնակիչների նկատմամբ:
