Վարչապետի՝ գիտնականներին պիտակավորող խոսքերն անընդունելի են և վիրավորական, չի կարելի նրանց անվանել «սուրճ խմող միմոսներ». Աշոտ Սաղյան (տեսանյութ)

Գիտությանը հատկացվում է չնչին գումար, գիտնականի միջին աշխատավարձը երկու անգամ ցածր է միջին անվանական աշխատավարձից, դա խոսում է գիտնականի հանդեպ առկա վերաբերմունքի մասին. այսօր տնտեսության զարգացման հեռանկարը, ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրի պահանջները, բնապահպանական խնդիրները պահանջում են զբաղվել գիտության հիմնարար հետազոտությունների արդյունքների ապրանքայնացմամբ: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նորընտիր նախագահ, ակադեմիկոս Աշոտ Սաղյանը:

«Կիրառական գիտությունը պետք է զարգացնել հիմնարարին զուգահեռ, այդպես է ամբողջ աշխարհում։ Կրթությունը և գիտությունը պետք է միաձուլվեն, բայց դա պիտի արվի ոչ թե մեխանիկորեն, այլ բովանդակային առումով։ ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանին մենք բացատրել ենք, որ այսօր իրատեսական չէ ԳԱԱ ինստիտուտների և բուհերի ֆակուլտետների միավորումը, դա է ապացուցում վրացական և ղազախական փորձը։ Այսօր մեր բուհական համակարգը պատրաստ չէ ընդունելու գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտները»,- ասել է գիտնականը:  

Ըստ Սաղյանի՝ պետք է ԳԱԱ ինստիտուտների և բուհերի ֆակուլտետների միջև սերտ գործակցություն հաստատվի, ինչի արդյունքում առարկայական ծրագրերի լաբորատոր, գործնական պարապմունքները կանցկացվեն ինստիտուտների բազաներում. «Շատ համալսարանական ֆակուլտետների բազաներ հնացած են, դրանք չեն համապատասխանում այսօրվա գիտատեխնիկական առաջընթացին։ Զուգահեռաբար՝ պետք է ստեղծվեն համալսարանական ամբիոններ գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտներում, այդպիսով կպարզվի, թե որ ինստիտուտը որ ֆակուլտետի հետ կարող է միանալ»:

Ակադեմիայի նախագահի կարծիքով՝ գիտության նկատմամբ հանրային և իշխանական վերաբերմունքն անընդունելի է. «Հասարակության մեջ այսօր մոտեցում կա, թե գիտությամբ զբաղվելը վատ բան է, անգամ անվճար ասպիրանտական տեղերը չեն համալրվում։ Գիտնական լինելն ամոթ չէ, խորհրդային տարիներին մարդիկ պարծենում էին դրանով։ Դեռևս դպրոցական նստարանից այդ կարծիքն է շրջանառվում, թե գիտությունն անկարևոր է։ Վարչապետի՝ գիտնականներին պիտակավորող խոսքերը վիրավորական էին։ Մեր գործընկեր գիտնականները տարակուսած էին այդ պնդումներից»:

Աշոտ Սաղյանի պնդմամբ՝ կան անարդյունավետ գիտնականներ, բայց նրանք փոքրամասնություն են, չի կարելի բոլոր գիտնականներին անվանել «սուրճ խմող»: «Մեր սփյուռքի գիտական ներուժը պետք է օգտագործվի։ Յուրաքանչյուրն էլ ուզում է մի բան անել, գերմանական Ռոստոկի համալսարանի մեր գործընկերները պատերազմի օրերին անընդհատ իրենց օգնությունն էին առաջարկում։ Շատ-շատերը, առաջին հերթին հայազգի գիտնականները, պատրաստ են մեզ օգնելու, ԳԱԱ-ն այստեղ անելիք ունի, պետք է ակտիվացնենք այդ ուղղությամբ մեր աշխատանքները, դա լուրջ խթան կլինի՝ երիտասարդներին գիտության ոլորտում պահելու»,- ամփոփել է Աշոտ Սաղյանը:
