Պետությունը խաղալիք չէ, մեր խորին համոզմամբ` կանխել ենք քաղաքացիական բախումները. Աննա Կոստանյանը՝ ԼՀԿ-ի՝ իշխանության հետ գործարքի գնալու մեղադրանքների մասին

Այս խորհրդարանի աշխատանքը ոչ շատ բավարար, ոչ էլ շատ վատ եմ գնահատում, ընդհանուր առմամբ  ակտիվ խորհրդարան էր նաև ներխորհրդարանական աժիոտաժի առումով, հսկայական բացթողումներ ևս եղել են: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց  ԱԺ « Լուսավոր  Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Կոստանյանը:

«2,5 տարիների ընթացքում «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը, նաև ես, որպես պատգամավոր,  բոլոր ջանքերը ներդրել ենք որպեսզի ամենակարևոր խնդիրները կարողանանք պահել օրակարգում: Թե որքանով է ստացվել, կամ չի ստացվել, սա այլ հարց է: Համենայնդեպս, լրագրողական համայնքը ականտես է եղել, որ մեր մի շարք նախագծերին, որոնք հանրության, պետության շահերից էին բխում, իշխանությունը կայուն մեծամասնությամբ  դեմ էր քվեարկում, և  նախագծերը մնում էին օդում  կախված: Եղել են նախագծեր, որոնք կարողացել ենք ավարտին հասցնել: Դրանից մեկը «Կինոյի մասին» օրենքն էր, խորհրդարանական աշխատանքի եզրափակիչ ինչ-որ դրական միտում ունեցող նոտա էր»,-մանրամասնեց պատգամավորը:

Աննա Կոստանյանի խոսքով՝ պետք է վերարժևորեն, վերաիմաստավորեն իրենց գործողությունները:

«Վերիմաստավորելու խնդիրներ ունենք նաև թե՛ կուսակցական, թե՛ ապագայում քաղաքական գործունեության առումով, որպեսզի կարողանանք հասկանալ՝ ինչ բացթողումներ ենք ունեցել, դրանք շտկենք արդեն ոչ միայն ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու առումով, այլև հաջորդ խորդարանական ընտրություններին՝կլինի դա հերթական, թե արտահերթ»,-ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, որ արտախորհրդարանական ուժերը ԼՀԿ-ին մեղադրում են իշխանությունների հետ գործարքի գնալու մեջ Աննա Կոստանյանն ասաց.

«Ես այդ մեղադրանքներն անհիմն եմ համարում, որվհետև մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք շատ կարևոր հանգամանք՝ մենք գործ ունենք պետության հետ, պետությունը խաղալիք չէ, որ ցանկացած պահի խաղաս  ու դեն նետես, և սեփական քաղաքական ամբիացիաներից ելնելով որոշես՝ նպատակահարմա՞ր է ինչ-որ քայլ անել, թե՞ ոչ: Այստեղ պետք է լայն պատկերով նայել. հանուն պետության երբեմն նաև խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության շրջանակներում, այո՛, պետք էր իշխանության հետ ինչ-որ երկխոսությունների գնալ: Հիմա եթե մեզ մեղադրում են այն առումով, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունները  կազմակերպվեցին, մենք այստեղ չենք ափսոսում, որ փորձել ենք պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերել.կոնկրետ այդ պահին քաղաքական իրավիճակն այնպիսին էր, որ միգուցե քաղաքացիական բախումներ սկսվեին: Մեր խորին համոզմամբ՝ կարողացել ենք կանխել քաղաքացիական բախումները»,-ասաց նա:

Պատգմավորը նաև շեշտեց՝ նորմալ է գնահատում, որ արդեն նոր ընտրված խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը պիտի մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնի. պիտի փորձի հստակ սահմանագիծ դնել իր և արդեն նախկին խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության միջև:

«Մենք չենք վախենում, չենք ընկրկում այդ որակումներից, ապագան ցույց կտա՝ ինչպիսի ընդդիմություն է լինելու արդեն նոր խորհրդարանում: Նորից կրկնեմ՝ մենք գործ ունենք պետության հետ և սեփական քաղաքական ամբիացիները չպետք է ավելի կաևոր լինեն, քան այդ պահին պետության շահերից բխող գործողությունները»,-եզրափակեց նա:
