ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹ․ Ինչ է սպասվում վարորդներին հուլիսի 1-ից․ նոր օրենք

Ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների խախտումները բջջային հավելվածով արձանագրելու մեխանիզմը կսկսի գործել 2021թ․ հուլիսի 1-ից։ Հեռախոսով հնարավոր կլինի արձանագրել առավել հաճախ հանդիպող խախտումներն ու հատուկ հավելվածով դրանք ուղարկել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության մասնագետներին։ Այս որոշումն ընդունվել էր դեռ 2020 թվականի հունիսի 11-ին կառավարության նիստում:

Այսինքն, այսուհետ վարորդների խախտումները կարձանագրեն ոչ միայն տեսախցիկները և տեսուչները, այլև դրանք նկատած քաղաքացիները։ Ներբեռնելով համապատասխան հավելվածը՝ ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի հնարավորություն կստանա սեփական բջջայինով արձանագրել վարորդների իրավախախտումները։ Բջջային հավելվածի միջոցով հնարավոր է արձանագրել առավել հաճախ հանդիպող և սովորական քաղաքացու համար տեսանելի 12 իրավախախտում, այդ թվում՝ հանդիպակաց երթևեկություն դուրս գալը, կանգառի կանոնները խախտելը, լուսացույցի ազդանշանին չենթարկվելը, տրասնպորտային միջոցից աղբ նետելը։

ՃՈ-ում վստահ են՝ սա լրացուցիչ զսպաշապիկ կդառնա իրավախախտ վարորդների համար։ Որոշման համաձայն՝ մեկ օգտատիրոջ կողմից մեկ տրանսպորտային միջոցի վերաբերյալ ամսական կարող է ներկայացվել առավելագույնը 3, իսկ տարեկան՝ 30 հաղորդում:
