Գիտնականները պարզել են՝ երբ է առաջին անգամ կորոնավիրուսի բռնկում տեղի ունեցել

Ավելի քան 20 հազար տարի առաջ Արևելյան Ասիայում կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակ է սկսվել, որը նման է եղել «Քովիդ-19»-ին: Ինչպես փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, նման եզրակացության է եկել գիտնականների խումբը, որոնց ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Current Biology գիտական ամսագրում:

Կորոնավիրուսով վարակումների բռնկման ապացույց է հայտարաբերվել Արևելյան Ասիայի, այսինքն՝ ներկայիս Չինաստանի, Ճապոնիայի, Մոնղոլիայի, ԿԺԴՀ-ի, Հարավային Կորեայի և Թայվանի հնագույն բնակչության գենետիկ տվյալներում:

Փորձագետների թիմն ուսումնասիրել է ավելի քան աշխարհի տարբեր մասերում բնակվող 2500 ժամանակակից մարդու գենոմները՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչպես է մարդկությունը հնում հարմարվել կորոնավիրուսի բռնկումներին:  

Գիտնականներին հաջողվել է պարզել մարդկային օրգանիզմում սպիտակուցի դերակատարումը, որը փոխգործակցում է օրգանիզմում հայտնված վիրուսների հետ:

«Մարդու էվոլյուցիայի միլիոնավոր տարիների ընթացքում բնական ընտրությունը հանգեցրել է գեների մի քանի տեսակների առանձնացմանը, որոնք կոդավորում են վերոնշյալ սպիտակուցը: Դա տեղի է ունենում 3 անգամ ավելի արագ, քան այլ դասի գեների համար»,- ասվում է ամսագրում:  

Մասնագետները պարզել են, որ այդ գեները հիմնականում ակտիվ են թոքերում, որոնք ամենից շատ են տուժում կորոնավիրուսով վարակվելու դեպքում, և անմիջականորեն փոխգործակցում են «Քովիդ-19»-ի համավարակի հիմքում ընկած վիրուսի հետ:
