Հայ ժողովուրդը չկարողացավ ընտրել իր շահերը պաշտպանող պետական-քաղաքական վերնախավ, մեզ սպառնում է Սյունիքի կորուստը. Արմեն Այվազյան (տեսանյութ)

Որոշ արտասահմանցի փորձագետներ ասում են, թե հայ ժողովուրդը պայքարի ընդունակ չէ, Հայաստանն՝ իբրև պետություն, ապագա չունի, բայց նրանք մոռանում են աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողություններն ու ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը. այս քվեարկության տվյալները վստահելի չեն, այլ հարց է՝ ինչո՞ւ ընդդիմության հետևորդները կրիտիկական զանգված չկազմեցին: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «#ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր Արմեն Այվազյանը:

«Որևէ օտարազգի իրավունք չունի հայ ժողովրդին վատաբանելու։ Պետք է վերլուծել, թե ինչո՞ւ են մարդիկ քվեարկել Փաշինյանի օգտին, նրանցից շատերը մոլորյալներ են։ Դիմադրությունը պետք է ցուցաբերեին պետական և քաղաքական կառույցները, ամեն ինչ չի կարելի ժողովրդին վերագրել։ Ժողովուրդը չի կարող զբաղվել պահեստազորի կազմակերպմամբ կամ զենքի գնմամբ։ Մեր խնդիրը ոչ թե հայ ժողովուրդն է, այլ պետական վերնախավը, այն չի պաշտպանում հայ ժողովրդի շահերը»,- ասել է քաղաքագետը:

Ըստ Այվազյանի՝ հայ ժողովուրդը չկարողացավ ընտրել իր շահերը ներկայացնող պետական-քաղաքական ընտրանի. «Պետությունը Փաշինյանի միջոցով այնպես արեց, որ պատերազմի ընթացքում մեր վերելքը փոշիանա, և փոխանակ կազմակերպված պահեստազոր ուղարկվեր, առանց զենքի ու հրամանատարի մարտիկների էին ուղարկում։ Մեր մտավորականության վերնախավի խնդիրը հնուց է գալիս։ Այս իշխանությունը շատ է ոգևորված իր հաղթանակով, կարծում են՝ մեր քաղաքական պատմությունն ավարտվել է»:

Գիտությունների դոկտորի կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը լավ չի տիրապետում համաշխարհային և պատմական գործընթացներին. «Եթե ավելի լայն դիտարկեն, կտեսնեն, որ իրենց ժամանակը շատ կարճ է։ Կտրուկ ընկել է Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության մակարդակը, տարածքների զգալի շերտ վերացել է, Սյունիքն ու Սևանի արևելյան ափը թիրախավորվել են։ Հայկական բանակը կա՝ և՛ զորքը, և՛ տեխնիկան, խնդիրը բանակի ղեկավարությունն է, որն իրեն չի դրսևորել այնպես, որ մարդիկ տեսնեն մարտական կարող դեմքերի»:
