Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է Հայաստանի Եվրոպական կուսակցության նախագահ Տիգրան Խզմալյանին (տեսանյութ)

Արտախորհրդարանական քաղաքական մի շարք ուժերի հետ քննարկումների շրջանակում վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր հանդիպել է Հայաստանի Եվրոպական կուսակցության նախագահ Տիգրան Խզմալյանին, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ կառավարության էջը։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյան - Հարգելի պարոն Խզմալյան, ուրախ եմ Ձեզ տեսնելու համար և նախևառաջ ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել հանդիպման հրավերն ընդունելու համար: Մենք անցել ենք բավական դժվար մի ժամանակաշրջանով, և դրան գումարած՝ նախընտրական շրջանն ընդգծել է տեսակետների բախումը, տարակարծությունները, տարաձայնությունները: Բայց կարծում եմ, որ ընտրություններից հետո ժամանակն է, որպեսզի մեր հանրային և ազգային ներուժը համախմբելու մասին մտածենք, և մենք հիմա այդ օրակարգով ենք զբաղված:

Հիմնական խնդիրը, որ ձևակերպում ենք, հետևյալն է. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցել են ուժեր, նրանց մի մասն անցել է խորհրդարան, մյուս մասը չի անցել, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական ուժ ունի ընտրողների իր հատվածը, որը հանրության որոշակի շերտ և տեսակետ է ներկայացնում: Եվ մենք հիմա մտածում ենք, թե ինչ միջոցներ կարող ենք ձեռնարկել, որպեսզի արտախորհրդարանական ուժերը և կառավարությունը փոխադարձաբար ավելի լսելի լինեն: Կուզենայի նաև լսել Ձեր տեսակետները Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքի հետագա ընթացքի վերաբերյալ:

Տիգրան Խզմալյան - Նախ շնորհավորում եմ վերընտրման կապակցությամբ: Շնորհակալ եմ, որ ժամանակ գտաք ընդունելու մեզ: Ես չեմ ասում՝ ինձ, որովհետև Դուք ինքներդ նշեցիք, որ դա մի հասարակական զանգված է, և չեմ կարծում, որ ամբողջությամբ ներկայացվեց այս ընտրություններին: Այնուամենայնիվ, շնորհակալ եմ առավելևս: Կարծում եմ, որ Ձեր առջև բազմաթիվ խոյացած խնդիրներից երեքն ամենակարևորն են, և եթե թույլ տաք, ես այդ մասին կխոսեմ: Դա երկրի ինքնիշխանության, երկրի, ազգի անվտանգության և, բնականաբար, տնտեսության հիմնահարցերն են: Այն զանգվածը, այն գաղափարախոսությունը, որը ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի Եվրոպական կուսակցությունը, համոզված է, որ այդ 3 հարցերի պատասխանը եվրաինտեգրումն է:

Եվ մենք հորդորում ենք Ձեզ հենց այն պատճառով, որ Դուք երկրորդ անգամ փաստորեն ընտրվեցիք որպես խորհրդանիշ, մերժելու խորհրդանիշ. առաջին անգամ Դուք խորհրդանշում էիք «մերժիր Սերժին»՝ դա նշանակում էր մերժել մի համակարգ, որը հասցրել էր երկիրն անդունդի շեմին, հիմա Դուք ընտրվեցիք, մեր տպավորությամբ, «մերժիր Ռոբին, մերժիր Քոչարյանին» տրամաբանությամբ: Երկու դեպքում էլ, միգուցե ոչ բանաձևված կերպով, այնուամենայնիվ, մենք վստահ ենք, որ հասարակությունը գիտակցաբար, ենթագիտակցաբար մերժում էր այն համակարգը, որը ծնեց այդ հրեշներին:

Տեղեկանալով մամուլից, որ Դուք համաձայնություն եք տվել կամ, համենայնդեպս, քննարկում եք՝ արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի հետ համագործակցել ինչ-որ մի կառույցի միջոցով, կարծում եմ, որ դա ժողովրդավարության տեսակետից և հատկապես մեր քաոտիկ իրավիճակում շատ ճիշտ քայլ է: Հայաստանի Եվրոպական կուսակցության անունից առաջարկում ենք մեր ծառայությունները ազգին՝ այդ կամ որևէ այլ ձևաչափում ներկայացնելու եվրաինտեգրման գործընթացը, օգնելու երկրին, ազգին արագ անցնել այդ ծանր փուլը: Եվ այն ռիսկերը, այն վտանգները, որոնք մեզ սպասում են - դա անխուսափելի է- այդ հարցում մենք պատրաստ ենք օգնել Ձեզ մեր բոլոր միջոցներով՝ և՛ ակնհայտ, և՛ հիմա ոչ այդքան երևացող, մեր մարդկային, մտավոր, կազմակերպչական ողջ ներուժով: Սա այն է, ինչ ես ցանկանում էի հասցնել Ձեզ:
