Իտալիայում դեռահասը որոշել է դատի տալ ծնողներին, որոնք իրեն թույլ չեն տալիս պատվաստվել

Ֆլորենցիայում բնակվող դեռահասը փաստաբանների ծառայությանն է դիմել ծնողների պատճառով, որոնք արգելում են իրեն պատվաստվել կորոնավիրուսի դեմ: Այս մասին հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն` հղում անելով Տոսկանայի ընտանեկան փաստաբանների միավորմանը:

Ինչպես հաղորդվում է, դպրոցահասակ տղան հայտարարել է, որ ծնողներն իրեն գրավոր թույլտվություն չեն տրամադրում պատվաստվելու համար:

«Լինելով 17 տարեկան` նա չի կարող անմիջականորեն փաստաբան ընտրել և չի կարող պատվաստում ստանալ առանց ծնողների տրամադրած փաստաթղթի»,- հայտնել է փաստաբանների միավորման ներկայացուցիչ Ջանի Բալդինին:  

Տեղի ԶԼՄ-ների փոխանցմամբ` ծնողները պատվաստանյութերն անվտանգ չեն համարում: Խնդրի մասին իմացել են սոցիալական ծառայությունները և դպրոցը, որը կրթության նախարարության միջոցով դիմել է իրավաբանների:

«Դիմումը դեռևս դատարան չի հասել: Կփորձեմ խոսել ծնողների հետ, որպեսզի նրանք մտափոխվեն: Այլապես գործը կփոխանցվի անչափահասների գործով տրիբունալ»,- ասել է փաստաբանը: Նրա խոսքով` Իտալիայում նման դեպքեր հաճախակի են լինում:
