Մինչև ժամը 13։00-ն ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ ստացվել է 64 հաղորդում և ահազանգ․ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ներկայացուցիչ

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում մինչ դատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության պետի տեղակալ, արդարադատության երրորդ դասի խորհրդական Էդգար Արսենյանը այսօր Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում ներկայացրեց ժամը 8-ից մինչև 13։00 ընթացք տրված հաղորդումները։

«Ստացվել է 64 հաղորդում և ահազանգ, դրանից 11–ը զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների կողմից, 28–ը ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից, նաև թեժ գծից, երկուսը՝ սոցիալական ցանցերում օգտատերերի կողմից կատարված գրառումներն են, 23–ը ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից ստացած օպերատիվ տվյալներն են, 16–ը վերաբերում են քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելու դեպքերին, մեկը՝ ընտրողների ցուցակը կազմելուն, դրանք քաղաքացիներին և կուսակցություններին տրամադրելու կամ հրապարակելու կարգը խախտելու դեպքի առիթով, վեցը ընտրողների կաշառք տալու և ստանալու դեպքերի առթիվ, 16–ը ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելուն, երկուսը՝ քարոզչությանը մասնակցելուն, հարկադրելուն կամ խոչընդոտելուն, չորսը՝ տեղամասային կենտրոնում կամ դրան հարող տարածքում բռնությունը գործադրելը կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքի դեպքի առթիվ»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ նշված հոդվածով մեկ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել և իրականացվում է նախաքննություն։

Նա նշեց, որ 15–ը մեկից ավելի անգամ քվեարկելու կամ մեկից ավել անգամ քվեարկելու, կամ այլ անձի փոխարեն քվեարկելու դեպքի առթիվ, մեկ հաղորդում եղել է քվեաթերթիկներ կամ ծրարներ պատրաստելու, հանձնելու կամ իրացնելու դեպքերով, մեկը ընտրությունների կամ քվեարկության արդյունքները կեղծելու, երկուսը՝ պաշտոնական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու հետ կապված։
