Բնակարանում ինքնահրկիզված տղամարդը Այրվածքաբանության կենտրոնում մահացել է

Այդ օրը, ժամը 11:30-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ Արդարադատության նախարարության Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունից ստացված գրության համաձայն, ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողները այցելել են Սարյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բնակարան, որտեղ ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության կողմից իրականացվել է վտարման գործողություն:

Այդ ընթացքում, Երևանի բնակիչ, 62-ամյա Հակոբ Ս.-ն, իր վրա տարայով հրավառ հեղուկ է կցրել և ինքն իրեն հրկիզել, դրանից հետո այս ու այն կողմ է վազել և փաթաթվել նշված վայրում գտնվող՝ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության տեսուչ, 33-ամյա Կարեն Հ.-ին և Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության աշխատակից, Երևանի բնակիչ, 38-ամյա Մանուկ Շ.-ին:

Ոստիկանության ծառայողներն ու ԴԱՀԿ աշխատակիցները կանխել են Հակոբ Ս.-ի գործողությունները, սակայն Կարեն Հ.-ն ու Մանուկ Շ.-ն,  մարմնի տարբեր մասերում ստացել են այրվածքներ և տեղափոխվել «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Հակոբ Ս.-ն էլ տեղափոխվել է Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն: Նա ունեցել է «ջերմային այրվածք՝ բոցով, 3-րդ աստիճանի, մարմնի մակերեսի ծանր այրվածքային շոկ» ախտորոշմամբ:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, հունիսի 16-ին, Այրվածքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Հակոբ Ս.-ն «այրվածքային շոկ, սիրտանոթային անբավարարություն» ախտորոշմամբ մահացել է:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի հետաքննական բաժանմունքում նյութեր էին նախապատրաստվել հունիսի 17-ին Երևանի թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից ստացված ահազանգի փաստով։

Այդ օրը, ժամը 14։00-ին, նշված հիվանդանոցից ոստիկաննության կենտրոնական բաժին հայտնել են, որ «աջ բազկի, ձախ նախաբազկի վերին երրորդականի սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ և «աջ բազկի զույգ ծնկան հոդի սալջարդ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել 2 կին։

Հիվանդանոց  մեկնած ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ հետաքննական բաժանմունքի ավագ հետաքննիչի գլխավորությամբ պարզել էին՝ տեղափոխվածներն են Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 68-ամյա Լաուրա Ս-ն և 42-ամյա Քրիստինե Գ-ն։

 

Վերջիններս բժիշկներին հայտնել էին, որ իրենք մարմնական վնասվածքները ստացել են 2 օր առաջ իրենց տանը՝ ծեծի ենթարկվելով Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայողների կողմից:

Այսօր ԴԱՀԿ ծառայությունը հանդես է եկել հերքումով:

«Այսօր մամուլում տարածված այն տեղեկությունը, թե «Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 68-ամյա Լաուրա Ս.-ն և 42-ամյա Քրիստինե Գ.-ն, մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել` իրենց տանը ծեծի ենթարկվելով Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայողների կողմից» իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում», հայտնում է ԴԱՀԿ ծառայությունը:

«15.06.2021 թ.-ին վտարման կատարողական գործողություններն իրականացվել են պարտապանների հետ միմիայն բացատրական աշխատանք կատարելու միջոցով և հարկադիր կատարողների կողմից որևէ տեսակի ֆիզիկական հարկադրանք չի կիրառվել։

Տեղեկացնենք նաև, որ կատարողական այդ գործողությունների իրականացման ժամանակ տեղում են եղել ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ, պարտապան կողմի փաստաբանը և լրատվամիջոց։ Հարկադիր կատարողներն ամեն կերպ օժանդակել են պարտապաններին, այդ թվում՝ Լաուրա Ս.-ին և Քրիստինե Գ.-ին օգնել խնամքով հավաքել և անվնաս տեղափոխել իրենց գույքն ու անձնական իրերը։ Այդ ամենին ականատես են եղել ինչպես վերը նշված անձինք, այնպես էլ բազմաբնակարան շենքի մյուս բնակիչները՝ հարևանները։
