Shabat.am-ը շարունակում է իր «Շաբաթի հյուրը» հարցազրույցների շարքը: Այս շաբաթ զրուցել ենք փաստաբան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանի հետ:

-Պարո՛ն Աթանեսյան, Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցում իսկապե՞ս հայհոյանքներ հնչեցրել եք Սիմոն Բաբայանի ու նրա ընտանիքի հասցեին:

-Ոչ, ես նրա անվան և անձին ուղղված հստակ որևէ արտահայություն չեմ արել: Իմ գրածից ինչու՞ է ենթադրել, թե ես իրեն ի նկատի ունեմ, դա իր խնդիրն է: Նա կարող էր ճշտել, զանգել և իմանալ ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Այն որ նրան նկատի չեմ ունեցել, դա միանշանակ է: Ֆեյսբուքով հայհոյելու բնավորություն չունեմ: 

-«Դպրոցի դիրեկտոր, արալեզներ»: Չե՞ք կարծում, որ նման գրառումներն են հանդիսացել պատճառ, որ Սիմոն Բաբայանն ու մյուսները այցելել են Ձեր գրասենյակ:

-Բացարձակապես: Դա առիթ էր ընդամնեը, որը կարծում եմ, նրանք վաղուց էին փնտրում: Բուն պատճառն այն խայտառակ իրավիճակն է փաստաբանների պալատում, որի համառ և հետևողական քննադատներն ենք ես և իմ ընկերները: Արդեն վաղուց սպառվել են նրանց ցանկացած հակափաստարկները, որովհետև մեր բերած փաստարկները պարզապես չեն կարող հերքվել և առիթ էին փնտրում, գտան: 

-Հայտարարել էիք, որ այլևս չեք ներկայացնելու Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի շահերը, աղմուկը դադարելուց հետո, հետագա համագործակցություն պատկերացնու՞մ եք ոստիկանապետի հետ: 

-Աշխատանքը եղել է մի քաղաքացիական գործի շրջանակներում և ավարտվել է:

-Ձեր հակառակորդները պնդում են, որ իրենք եկել էին՝ «տղայավարի» խոսելու, ինչպե՞ս կհակադարձեք նրանց:

-Դա ամբողջապես սուտ է: Պաշտպանական, ինչ-որ կեղծ մարտավարություն են ընտրել, նման բա չի եղել, ոչ մի խոսակցություն չի եղել: Չորս հոգով են եկել՝ մտածելով, որ մենակ կլինեմ և միանգամից հարձակվել են: 

-Շարունակու՞մ եք պնդել, որ Արա Զոհրաբյանն է կանգնած այս ծեծկռտուքի հետևում:

-Միանշանակ համոզված եմ: Այդ չորս անձանց հետ ես ոչ մի ընդհանուր բան չունեմ, կարելի է ասել ծանոթ էլ չեմ: Խնդիրն Արա Զոհրաբյանն է, վստահ եմ՝ սա նրա կազմակերպածն է:
