Եղերական լուսաբացից 26 տարի անց. կազմակերպիչներն ու պատասխանատուներն այդպես էլ մնացին անպատիժ

Արդեն 26 տարի է անցել 1991 թվականի մայիսի 6-ի արյունոտ լուսաբացից: Տավուշի մարզի Ոսկեպար գյուղի մերձակա անտառում՝ 26 տարի առաջ հենց այս օրը, խորհրդային բանակի ու ադրբեջանական օմոնի դավադիր ծուղակն ընկան Նոյեմբերյանի միլիցիայի քսան աշխատակիցներ ու նրանց չորս ուղեկցողները՝ «Օղակ» գործողությունն իրականացնողները:

Տղաները դիմադրեցին հերոսաբար, բայց ուժերն անհավասար էին.

«Ողբերգական դեպքերից ամիսներ առաջ մենք կանխազգում էինք, թե ինչ կարող է պատահել: Անհարկի բախումներից խուսափելու համար փորձում էինք բանակցություններ վարել զինվորականների ու ադրբեջանցիների հետ: Սակայն սադրիչ գործողությունները հաջորդում էին իրար: Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց ապրիլի 30-ին: Տանկերով, ծանր հրետանիով, գնդացիրներով գնդակոծում էին Ոսկեպարը: Մայիսի 4-ի առավոտյան սկսվեց խորհրդային զորքերի հարձակումը գյուղի վրա: Չնայած այդ իրո՛ք սարսափազդու և արյունահեղ կռվի վերջը չէր երևում, բայց ժողովուրդը խուճապի չէր մատնվում: Այս ամենից թշնամին ավելի էր կատաղում, ավելի էր սեղմում օղակը:

Մայիսի 5-ի՝ լույս 6-ի գիշերը հանկարծ գնդակոծությունը սաստկացավ, նորից կրակում էին հրանոթներով, տանկերով, գնդացիրներով, կրկին գյուղի գլխին պտտվում էր ուղղաթիռների վեցյակը: Առավոտյան հայտնեցին, որ գիշերը հերթափոխի մեկնած կարգախումբը՝ թվով 24 հոգի, տեղ չի հասել: Նրանք փորձել էին գյուղ մտնել թիկունքից, անտառների միջով, բայց ընկել էին թշնամու՝ նախօրոք պատրաստած ծուղակը: «Նիվա» ավտոմեքենան ու ավտոբուսը միանգամից պայթեցրել էին ու խաչաձև կրակ տեղացել գնդացիրներից ու ավտոմատներից: Մեր տղաները չէին հասցրել նույնիսկ մեքենաներից դուրս գալ:

10 միլիցիոներների և վարորդների դիակները տեղափոխվեցին շրջկենտրոն: Պատկերը զարհուրելի էր. դիակները խոշտանգված էին: Կենդանի մնացած 13 միլիցիոներներին դեսանտայիններն իրենց հետ տարել էին Ղազախ, այնտեղից էլ՝ Կիրովաբադ: Երկու օր անց մեզ հայտնեցին, որ վիրավորներից երեքը մահացել են: Մեծ դժվարությամբ կարողացանք նրանց խոշտանգված դիակները ևս տեղափոխել Նոյեմբերյան»: (Հատված Իգնատ Մամյանի «Եղերական լուսաբաց» գրքում Նոյեմբերյանի շրջխորհրդի գործկոմի նախագահի խոսքից):

Ողբերգական դեպքի վայրում տեղադրված խաչքարի մոտ

Եղեռնագործության կազմակերպիչները պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու և միջազգային հասարակական կարծիքը մոլորեցնելու նպատակով ձևական հետաքննություն սկսեցին և Ռուսաստանի Գլխավոր խորհրդում լսումներ անցկացրեցին, բայց կազմակերպիչներն ու պատասխանատուներն այդպես էլ մնացին անպատիժ:

26 տարի է անցել, բայց նոյեմբերյանցիները չեն մոռանում. վաղ առավոտից չի դադարում մարդկանց հոսքը՝ դեպի ոստիկան-ազատամարտիկների հիշատակը հավեժացնող հուշահամալիրը: Մարդիկ գալիս են ծաղիկ խոնարհելու և իրենց հարգանքի տուրքը մատուցելու անմեղ զոհերին:
