Ո՞ր դեպքում նորակոչիկը զինծառայության կանցնի բնակության վայրից մինչև 150 կմ հեռավորությամբ տեղակայված զորամասում

Dialogue.am-ը գրում է․

Dialogue.am կայքն իր «Սոցիալական իրավունք» խորագրի շրջանականերում ընթերցողների խնդրանքով սկսում է շարք՝ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության անցնելու զինվորի իրավունքների ու օրենքով սահմանված կարգով տրվող արտոնությունների մասին:

Բնակության վայրին մոտ ծառայելու իրավունքի մասին

Ըստ Զինապարտության մասին օրենքի, պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչի ժամանակ բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամասում ծառայելու արտոնությունից կարող են օգտվել այն զորակոչիկները, որոնք համապատասխանում են ստորև նշվող խմբերին:

Նշենք, որ բնակության վայրին մոտ գտնվող զորամաս է համարվում զորակոչիկի հաշվառման (հաշվառում չունեցողները՝ փաստացի բնակության) վայրից մինչև 150կմ հեռավորությամբ տեղակայված ցանկացած զորամաս:

Որ դեպքերում է գործում արտոնությունը

1. Միայնակ ծնողի միակ զավակը, եթե

ա) ծնողն անցել է տարիքային կենսաթոշակի

կամ

բ) ունի հաշմանդամության երրորդ խմբի կարգ

2) զորաոչիկը, երբ հսյրը (մայրը) կամ եղբայր (քույրը) մահացել են՝

ՀՀ սահմանների պաշտպանության ժամանակ՝ ՀՀ զինված ուժերում և այլ զորքերում ծառայության ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ տարածքում տեղակայված օտարերկրյա պետությունների զինվորական ստորաբաժանումներում ծառայողական պարտականություններ կատարելիս:

3) Ամուսնացած և մեկ երեխա ունեցող զորակոչիկները

4) Երկկոմանի ծնողազուրկ զորակոչիկներն, ինչպես նաև միակողմանի ծնողազուրկ զորակոչիկները, եթե չունեն չափահաս քույր կամ եղբայր:

5) ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հրամանով՝ այլ զորակոչիկներ:

Իդեպ, զինված ուժեր կամ այլ զորքեր միաժամանակ զորակոչվող եղբայրները, իրենց ցանկությամբ, նույն զորակոչի ընթացքում ծառայության կարող են զորակոչվել միևնույն զորամաս: Նման դեպքերում, երկրորդ (կամ երրորդ որդու) զորակոչվեուց առաջ ծնողը պետք է գրավոր դիմի տարածքային զինկոմիսարիատ կամ Պաշտպանության նախարարություն:

Եթե եղբայրներից մեկը ծառայության մեջ է, իսկ մյուսը զորակոչվում է 6 ամիս կամ 1 տարի հետո, այդ դեպքում օրենքի այս կետն իրենց վրա չի տարածվում:
