Փաշինյանն ասում էր, թե ՌԴ-ն կկատարի իր դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները, բա ինչո՞ւ չեն դիմում ՌԴ-ին, մարդկանց էլ վախեցնում են, թե նոր պատերազմ կսկսվի. Տիգրան Ուրիխանյան (տեսանյութ)

Տպավորություն ու պատրանք է ստեղծվում, կարծես մի անայլընտրանք իրավիճակ է՝ նախկինների ու ներկաների գույներից բաղկացած խճանկարից պետք է ընտրել մեկին, նրան, ով ավելի շատ կհայհոյի. իրականում շատ են անտարբերները, քանի որ չեն գտնում համարժեք առաջարկ՝ ընտրվելու արժանի թեկնածուների և ծրագրերի տեսքով: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «#ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել «Մեր տունը Հայաստանն է» միասնական ցուցակի վարչապետի թեկնածու Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը:

«Նախկինների և ներկաների մասին քարոզչական տպավորությունները պետք է կոտրել։ Հնին վերադարձ չի լինելու, և այս իրավիճակը կարող է ճեղքել մի ծրագիր, որը գիտակցության համար ապացուցելի կլինի, ականջին՝ ընդունելի։ Պետք է մարդկանց պատասխաններ տալ՝ ինչո՞ւ պատասխանատվություն չեն կրում նրանք, որոնք իշխանության են, ինչո՞ւ տեղի ունեցավ այս համազգային ողբերգությունը, երբ մենք կոտորվեցինք»,- ասել է քաղաքական գործիչը։

Ըստ Ուրիխանյանի՝ ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ ինքնիշխան Հայաստանը թույլ տվեց, որ մեր տարածք ներխուժեն թշնամական զորամիավորումներ. «ՀՀ-ն աշխարհում ամենաուժեղ անվտանգության համակարգերից մեկում է, մեր դաշնակիցն ունի պարտավորություն, և այն պիտի իրագործվի ՀՀ պատասխանատվության տիրույթում։ ՀՀ-ում պիտի լինի իշխանություն, որն առանց վախենալու, թե կփչացնի դաշնակցի տրամադրությունը, կզանգահարի Մոսկվա և կտեղեկացնի, որ սկսում է հակազդման գործողություն, ինչից հետո նրանք էլ պիտի գործեն»:

Պատգամավորի կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանի սահմաններին ռազմագործողություն տեղի չի ունեցել, բայց պետք է ստեղծել մի իրավիճակ, որում կա՛մ ՌԴ-ն կգործի իբրև դաշնակից, կա՛մ անվտանգության համակարգը կփլուզվի. «ՌԴ-ն չի հայտարարելու, թե խզելու է մեզ հետ պայմանագրերը։ Մենք և ՌԴ-ն՝ որպես դաշնակիցներ, պիտի գիտակցենք, որ անառիկ Զանգեզուրը հայ ժողովրդի տիրապետման ներքո ընդհանուր շահ է։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում էր, թե ՌԴ-ն պետք է կատարի իր դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները, բա ինչո՞ւ չեն դիմում, մարդկանց վախեցնում են, թե նոր պատերազմ կսկսվի։ Ադրբեջանը պատերազմ չի սկսելու ՌԴ-ի դեմ։ Եթե իշխանությունը վախենում է Պուտինի տրամադրությունը գցելուց, այդ իշխանությունից պետք է ազատվել»:
Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանի պնդմամբ՝ կա մոտ 45 տոկոս չկողմնորոշված ընտրազանգված, որը կարող է անակնկալներ մատուցել։ «Եթե հասարակության այդ մասը գնա ընտրատեղամասեր, իշխանափոխության հարցը կլուծվի, Հայաստանը կթևակոխի կայունության և զարգացման ուղի։ Եթե նախկինների ու ներկաների փոխհրաձգության, հակամարտության, գոտկատեղից ներքև մրցաշարի տիրույթից դուրս չգանք, լինելու է ավելի խորը ճգնաժամ, որն անդառնալիության կետից անդին է»,- ամփոփել է Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը:
