«Ժողովրդի իշխանություն»-օլիգարխներ նոր ախպերություն է ձևավորվում, կիսվում են, ցուցակները նայեք․ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան

Այս 3 տարում գնաճն այնպիսին էր, որ եկամուտների մի մասը կերավ, գործազրկությունը էապես աճել է, մարդկանց ռեալ եկամուտները նվազել են, արտագաղթը ավելացել է։ Այս մասին Ալավերդիում քարոզարշավի ընթացքում հայտարարեց ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ, «Հայաստան» դաշինքի վարչապետի թեկնածու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։

Նա հիշեցնում էր, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ինչ էր խոստացել և ինչ պատկեր ունենք՝ տնտեսությունից մինչև Արցախի հարց։

«Եթե հիշում եք հաջորդ կարգախոսն էր՝ «հարուստներից ամեն ինչ կվերցնենք և կբաժանենք ժողովրդին»։Հիշում եք չէ՞, ամենաոգևորիչ կարգախոսն էր, մարդիկ սիրում են, որ մեկին ունեզրկեն մյուսներին բաժանեն։ Քանի՞ դեպք գիտեք, որ հարուստներից վերցրին և մյուսներին բաժանեցին։ Եթե գոնե մի դեպք գիտեք, պատմեք, մատնանշեք, բացարձակապես չկա, ի՞նչ է կատարվել, հիմա նայեք իրենց ցուցակներին, օլիգարխները հայտնվել են իրենց ցուցակում։ Սա ի՞նչ է նշանակում՝ կիսվել են, նոր ախպերություն են ձևավորել ժողովրդի իշխանության և օլիգարխիկ համակարգի, նոր ախպերություն մեր իրականության մեջ»,- մանրամասնեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։

Երկրորդ նախագահի խոսքով՝ խոսում էին արդարության մասին, ժողովրդի մեջքին կանգնած լինելու մասին, առաջին ամիսներին հեծանիվով աշխատանքի էին գնում, համբուրվում էին, «սելֆիներ» անում։
«Հիշո՞ւմ եք, ես հատուկ եմ հարցնում․ ընտրությունը մի հանգրվան է, երբ իշխանությունը պիտի գա, կանգնի ժողովրդի առջև և հաշվետվություն տա՝ ինչ է արել ա-բ կետերը։ Այսօր շենքից շենք տեղափոխվելու համար 2000 ոստիկան են բերում, «սնայպերներ» են տեղադրում, քարոզարշավ են անում մի 30 մեքենա իրար հետևից, ավտոբուսներով, չգիտեմ ինչերով, ով գիտի՝ ինչ մեծ ծախսեր են անում միայն մեկ անձի անվտանգությունը ապահովելու համար»,-ասաց նա։
