Անն Լինդեն հույս է հայտնել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում ՌԴ-ն, ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան ի վիճակի են որոշակի առաջընթաց ապահովելու

Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համակործակցության կազմակերպության գործող նախագահ, Շեվդիայի թագավորության ԱԳ նախարար Անն Լինդեն հույս է հայտնել, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցում ՌԴ-ն, ԱՄՆ-ն ու Ֆրանսիան ի վիճակի կլինեն անպահովել որոշակի առաջընթաց ու հանդես գալ որոշակի ստեղծարար առաջարկներով։

Նրա խոսքերով՝ Ռուսաստանն ակտիվ է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի (Արցախ) հակամարտության հարցում։

«Ռուսաստանը նաև շատ ակտիվ է դեր տարբեր ասպարեզներում դեր խաղալու մեջ։ Օրինակ՝ երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին։ Ճշմարտությունն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանն է, որ հաջողեց հրադադար ձեռք բերել, որը ստորագրվեց Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև», - երեկ հայտարարել է Լինդեն, ով  Եվրոպայում Ամերիկայի Միցյալ Նահանգների անվտանգության և համագործակցության հանձնաժողովի (Հելսինկյան հանձնաժողով) հետ մասնակցել է կոնգրեսական առցանց լսումներին:
Լինդեն ասել է, որ «ցավալի ու վատ կլինի», եթե ԵԱՀԿ-ն ու միջազգային հանրությունը չերևան որպես դերակատար այս խնդրում։ 

«Եվ ինչը ուզում եմ անել հիմա, պարզապես փաստին նայլեը չէ, որ 2 հազարանոց զորք կա տեղում (Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում), այլ մենք կարիք ունենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն, միջազգային հանրությունը դեր խաղան այստեղ, որը շատ դժվար է եղել։ Բայց դա կլինի ցավալի ու վատ ոչ միայն ԵԱՀԿ-ի, այլև միջազգային հանրության համար, եթե մենք չդիտարկվենք որպես դեր խաղացող։ Եվ այստեղ մենք իսկապես հույս ունենք, որ երեք [ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի] համանախագահները՝ Ռուսաստանը, Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու Ֆրանսիան, ի վիճակի կլինեն անպահովելու որոշ առաջընթաց և հանդես գալ որոշակի ստեղծարար առաջարկներով։ Եվ ամբողջ ժամանակ խոսում եմ իմ տարբեր գործընկեր արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ՝ փորձելով նրանց մղել ճիշտ ուղղությամբ, երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է սրան», - ասել է Շվեդիայի արտգործնախարարը։ 

Եվրոպայում անվտանգության և համագործակցության հանձնաժողովը, որը հայտնի է նաև որպես ԱՄՆ Հելսինկյան հանձնաժողով, վերահսկում է Հելսինկյան համաձայնագրերի համապատասխանությունը և առաջ տանում համապարփակ անվտանգությունը ԵԱՀԿ տարածաշրջանում մարդու իրավունքների, ժողովրդավարության և տնտեսական, բնապահպանական և ռազմական համագործակցության խթանման միջոցով:

Լինդեն քննարկել է 2021 թվականի Շվեդիայի ԵԱՀԿ նախագահության հիմնական գերակայություններն ու ԵԱՀԿ-ում ընթացիկ զարգացումները: Նա ընդգծել է այն հիմնարար նորմերին ու սկզբունքներին վերադառնալու կարևորությունը, որոնց վրա հիմնադրվել է ԵԱՀԿ-ն, որի վրա պարտավորվել ու վերապարտավորվել են բոլոր մասնակից պետությունները Հելսինկիում 1975-ին, Փարիզում 1990-ին, Ստամբուլում 1999-ին և Աստանայում 2010-ին։
