ՀԴԿ-ն չի ճանաչում ԿԸՀ կողմից Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանին չգրանցելու որոշումը․ հայտարարություն

Հայաստանի դեմոկրատական ​​կուսակցությունը չի ճանաչում ԿԸՀ կողմից կուսակցության վարչապետի թեկնածու Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանին չգրանցելու որոշումը և սա համարում է քաղաքական կողմնակալության դրսևորում։ Կարծում ենք, այս որոշումը կայացվել է ճնշման ներքո, քանի որ Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը վերածվել է լուրջ ուժի, իսկ Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանն այս ընթացքում ձեռք է բերել այնպիսի համբավ, որ վայելում է տասնյակ հազարավոր ընտրողների վստահությունը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը հունիսի 10-ի հերթական նիստում քննարկեց Հայաստանի Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկված պատգամավորի թեկնածու Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանի գրանցմանը վերաբերող հարցը:

ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը հայտնեց, որ ստացել են Ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության կողմից գրություն, համաձայն որի՝ ոստիկանությունը մերժել է Տիգրան Արզաքանցյանին վերջին 4 տարում միայն ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսանալու և վերջին 4 տարում ՀՀ-ում մշտապես բնակվելու մասին տեղեկանք տրամադրել։

Կուսակցության ընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկված թեկնածուի գրանցումն անվավեր է ճանաչվում, եթե գրանցումից հետո հայտնի են դառնում փաստեր, որոնց ուժով նա չունի ընտրվելու իրավունք:

Հանձնաժողովի անդամները 5 կողմ 1 դեմ ձայներով որոշեցին մերժել՝ փաստաթղթերում ի հայտ եկած անճշտությունների պատճառով։
