Լավրովի հայտարարության համար ընտրված ժամանակը, և հայկական կողմից արձագանքի բացակայությունը ընդգծում են՝ սա ավանս է ՀՀ ապագա կառավարությանը. Միքայել Մինասյան

Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը թելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրառում է կատարել՝ անդրադառնալով օրերս ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությանն առ այն, որ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը դեռ պետք է որոշվի, բայց դրա համար ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը պետք է աշխատի այն ուղղությամբ, որ հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները կողք կողքի ապրեն»: Մինասյանը մասնավորապես նշել է՝ նման բարձր մակարդակի վրա Արցախի ապագա կարգավիճակի հարցը բարձրացվում է պատերազմից հետո առաջին անգամ, բայց Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանը ոչ մի կերպ չեն մեկնաբանել այս հայտարարությունը:

Միքայել Մինասյանի գրառումը՝ ստորև.

«Երկու օր առաջ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Լավրովը հայտարարել. «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը դեռ պետք է որոշվի, բայց դրա համար ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը պետք է աշխատի այն ուղղությամբ, որ հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները կողք կողքի ապրեն: Մի 2-3 տարի հետո, եթե մենք նման կյանք հաստատենք, կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ բոլոր խնդիրները շատ ավելի հեշտ կլուծվեն»:

Ուշադրություն դարձրեք, որ այդքան բարձր մակարդակի վրա Արցախի ապագա կարգավիճակի հարցը բարձրացվում է պատերազմից հետո առաջին անգամ: Բայց ահա թե ինչն է կարևոր. Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանը ոչ մի կերպ չեն մեկնաբանել այս հայտարարությունը:

Դրանից կարելի է 2 եզրակացություն անել. առաջին՝ կան որոշ պայմանավորվածություններ, որոնցում Նիկոլը, որպես բանակցություններում «հոգեկան հիվանդին միացրած»  անձ, չունի սուբյեկտայնություն, և երկրորդ՝ Լավրովը ցույց է տալիս, որ Արցախի կարգավիճակի համար կա հնարավորությունների պատուհան: Այստեղ կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ թե Լավրովի կողմից այս թեզը բարձրաձայնելու համար ընտրված ժամանակը, և թե հայկական կողմից արձագանքի բացակայությունը ընդգծում են, որ այս որոշումը չի ենթադրում Նիկոլի մասնակցությունը դրա մշակմանը: Սա ավանս է Հայաստանի ապագա կառավարությանը:

Մինչդեռ Նիկոլը, փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և պաշտպանության նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի միջոցով, մոտ է Ալիևի հետ  ընտրություններից մի քանի օր առաջ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքից ադրբեջանական զորքերը դուրս բերելու մասին վերջնական պայմանավորվածությանը: Փաստարկները, որոնք նա բարձրաձայնում է բանակցությունների ընթացքում, հետևյալն են. տալով ինձ ընտրական հաղթաթուղթ, դուք ինքներդ ձեզ հնարավորություն եք տալիս աշխատել ինձ հետ: Հայաստանի ցանկացած այլ կառավարություն կստիպի ձեզ հետ քաշել զորքերը միջազգային ճնշման ներքո, իսկ ինձ որպես գործընկեր պահելով, դուք կստանաք քարտ բլանշ՝ ընտրություններից հետո ստորագրելու ցանկացած փաստաթուղթ և կատարելու բոլոր բանավոր համաձայնությունները, որոնք դուրս են նոյեմբերի 9-ի համաձայնագրից»,- գրել է Մինասյանը:
