Փաստացի մինչև 2018թ. հայկական կողմը հաղթողի դիրքերից էր բանակցում, որի հետ համակերպվել էին բոլորը, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանը․ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրապարակած ձայնագրության մասին

Թուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ անդրադառնալով այսօր Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից հրապարակված ձայնագրությանը, որում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մանրամասներ է հայտնում Արցախի հարցի բանակցություններում իրեն ուղղված առաջարկների մասին։

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«2016 թվականին Ի. Ալիևը հրապարակային խոստովանեց, որ իրեն համանախագահները և ըստ էության՝ «միջազգային հանրության» մեծ մասը ստիպում են ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը (փաստացի Արցախի՝ Հայաստանի մաս լինելը)։ Մինչ այդ Ապրիլյան պատերազմում Ադրբեջանի տապալումը արդեն իսկ ապացուցել էր, որ զենքի ուժով հայկական կազմակերպված պետության դեմ չի կարողանա հաղթանակ տանել։ Փաստացի, մինչև 2018թ. բանակցային դաշտում հայկական կողմը հաղթողի դիրքերից էր բանակցում, որի հետ համակերպվել էին բոլորը, այդ թվում՝ նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանը։

2018 թվականից հետո հայկական պետությունը սկսեց թուլանալ, քանի որ պետական համակարգը և դրա մաս կազմող ինստիտուտները սկսեցին քանդվել՝ բանակից մինչև դիվանագիություն։ Իսկ կապիտուլյանտ Ն. Փաշինյանը, հրաժարվելով նախորդիվ ձեռքբերված բանակցային փաթեթից, դրանով փաստացի Ադրբեջանին տվեց casus belli` պատերազմի «արդար առիթ». Հայաստանը փաստացի հրաժարվեց բանակցային գործընթացից, իսկ երբ հրաժարվում են բանակցությունից, սկսվում է պատերազմը։

2018թ. սկսած Ադրբեջանը սկսեց պատրաստվել պատերազմին, իսկ Հայաստանը՝ ճիշտ հակառակը։ Իմիջիայլոց, հայկական հասարակության զգոնության թուլացման վրա ազդեց նաև Ադրբեջանի կողմից սահմանային լարվածության նվազումը, որը կապիտուլյանտն ու իր թիմը ներկայացնում էին որպես իրենց բանակցային ձեռքբերումը։ Մինչդեռ, իրականում, Ադրբեջանը պատկերավոր ասած «տակտիկական նահանջ» էր կատարել, որպեսզի սեպտեմբերյան հարվածը ավելի հուժկու և անակնկալ լինի կապիտուլյանտին հավատացող հայ հասարակության զգալի մասի համար։

Կապիտուլյանտը, ինչպես այլ հարցերում, բանակցային գործընթացում խնդիր ուներ ոչ թե մեր դիրքերը բարելավել, այլ սեփական վարկանիշը բարձր պահել (ձայնագրության մեջ ուղիղ ասում է այդ մասին՝ «ուզո՞ւմ եք, որ ինձ դավաճան ասեն»։ Նմանատիպ արդարացում նա բերեց նաև կապիտուլիացիայից հետո։), և հենց այդ էր պատճառը, որ մինչև պատերազմը գոռում էր «Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ», իսկ այսօր Գորիսից այն կողմ գտնվող տարածքը կոչում է «Ադրբեջանի հող»։ Եթե կապիտուլյանտն իսկապես լիներ Հայաստանի շահերը ներկայացնողը, ապա այսօր իր «շնորհիվ» բանակցային գործընթացում չէին լինի Տավուշի, Սյունիքի ու Արարատի մարզերի մեր գյուղերը թուրքերին նվիրելու թեման։
