Փաշինյանը գիտեր՝ բանակցությունները բոյկոտելով՝ իրեն գժի տեղ դնելով, ոչ ադեկվատ պահվածքով լեգիտիմացնելու էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուժի կիրառումը․ Տ․ Աբրահամյանը՝ Ս․ Սարգսյանի հրապարակած ձայնագրության մասին

«Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի անդամ Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ խոսելով Սերժ Սարգսյանի այսօր հրապարակած ձայնագրության մասին։

Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

«Հայտնի ձայնագրության հետ կապված մի քանի արձանագրում անենք:

Առաջին, Սերժ Սարգսյանը հեռանալուց առաջ բանակցային գործընթացը բերել ու հասցրել էր այն կետին, երբ բացի միջնորդ երկրներից ու ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրներից, նաև Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն է համակերպվել այն մտքի հետ, որ ԱՐՑԱԽՆ ԱԴՐԲԵՋԱՆԻ ԿԱԶՄՈՒՄ ՉԻ ԼԻՆԵԼՈՒ:

Ի դեպ, Իլհամ Ալիևն էլ տարիներ առաջ բողոքում էր, որ փակ դռների հետևում իրեն ստիպում են ճանաչել Արցախը:

Երկրորդ, 2018 թվականի հայտնի իրադարձություններից հետո իշխանության գալով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եղած իրավիճակը ընդունելու և հետագայում մեր դիրքերն առավել ամրապնդելու փոխարեն որոշել է, որ մեկ է՝ ինչ էլ լինի, հասարակությունն իրեն չի հասկանա ու դավաճան կհամարի և արդյունքում որոշել է մտնել գժի, ոչ ադեկվատի դերի մեջ:

Սրանք չեն հասկանում, որ 1994-2018 թվականներին, Արցախի հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման ամենատարբեր փաթեթներ, տարբերականեր են քննարկվել և մեզ հաջողվել է այս տարիների ընթացքում անընդհատ բարելավել մեր դիրքերը բանակցային գործընթացում, ըստ այդմ՝ մեզ առաջարկվող փաթեթներն ու լուծումները գնալով առավել բարենպաստ տեսք են ստացել:

Կապիտուլյանտները, փոխանակ հիմք վերցնեին առկա իրողություններն ու փորձեին իրենք էլ իրենց մասով՝ բարենպաստ դիրքավորման հարց լուծեին ու անհրաժեշտ բանակցությունների արդյունքում, տարիներ հետո, հաջորդ իշխանությանը կամ եղածը կամ ավելի լավը փոխանցեին, որոշել են փախչել իրականությունից, ինչը պատերազմի է հանգեցրել:

Ու սա այն դեպքում, որ Փաշինյանն ինքը խոստովանել է, որ իրավիճակը չափազանց ռիսկային է՝ գիտակցելով, որ իր հետագա ոչ ադեկվատ քայլերը երկիրը ողբերգության փուլ կարող էր մտցնել:

Ստացվում է, որ կապիտուլյանտի հայտարարություններն այն մասին, թե ինքը բանակցություններն սկսում է իր սեփական կետից կամ՝ ինչ պետք է այն էլ բանակցում է, ոչ միայն իրավիճակը հրել եմ դեպի փակուղի, երկիրը մղել պատերազմի, այլ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմն ընկալելի դարձրել միջազգային հանրության համար:

Փաշինյանը գիտեր, որ բանակցային գործընթացը, ըստ էության, բոյկոտելով՝ իրեն գժի տեղ դնելով, ոչ ադեկվատ պահվածք ընդունելով, լեգիտիմացնելու էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուժի կիրառումը:

Նա գիտակցված գնաց արկածախնդրության ճանապարհով՝ պատրաստ չլինելով թշնամու առաջադրած խաղին, իսկ արդյունքն արդեն բոլորը գիտեն՝ 5000 զոհ, հարյուրներով անհետ կորածներ, գերեվարվածներ, հաշմանդամություն ստացածներ, ինչպես նաև՝ Ադրբեջանի ներթափանցում ՀՀ տարածք՝ Սոթք-Խոզնավան հատվածում:

Կրկնում եմ՝ խնդիրն այն չէր, թե արդյո՞ք նա պետք է համաձայնվեր այդ պահին բանակցությունների սեղանին գտնվող փաթեթի հետ, հարցն այն է, որ նա «սեփական խաղը սկսելու» անվան տակ տապալել է ողջ գործընթացը և Ադրբեջանի համար պատերազմ սկսելու հիմք ստեղծել:
