Արցախի՝ թշնամուն հանձնված տարածքների բնակիչներին, որոնք հիմա այստեղ են ապրում, հրաժարվում են քվեարկելու իրավունք տալուց․ Ռուբեն Մելիքյան (տեսանյութ)

«Ընտրությունների վերահսկման կոմիտեի» անդամ Ռուբեն Մելիքյանն այսօր մամուլի ասուլիսին ներկայացրեց մինչ այս արձանագրված խախտումները։

«Ընտրակաշառքի, տարբեր միջոցներով մարդկանց լավություն անելու երկու դեպք են առանձնացրել և երկուսի մասով էլ հրապարակում ենք արել»,–ասաց նա և նշեց, որ  մեկը վերաբերել է ՔՊ–ին, մյուսը ԲՀԿ–ին, վերջին վերացվել է։

Նա նշեց, որ ՔՊ թեկնածուներից մեկը քաղաքացիության ցենզին չի համապատասխանում, այդ անձը կապվել և խոստացել է պարզաբանումներ ներկայացնել, բայց դեռ չի ներկայացրել։

«Մենք զգուշացնում ենք․ եթե մարդիկ կան, ովքեր այս կամ այն  պատճառով ընդգրկված են երկու տարբեր տեղերում քվեարկելու համար, թող զգուշանան, մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ ֆիքսենք, այս պահի դրությամբ 38 անուն արդեն հայտնաբերել ենք»,–ասաց նա։

Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը նկատեց նաև, որ անձնագրային բաժիններում մեծ կուտակումներ են և հարյուրներով քաղաքացիները սպասում են իրենց հերթին, իսկ ոստիկանությունը չի կարողանում նորմալ կազմակերպել։ «Մենք արդեն ստացել ենք  մեկ մերժում։ Արցախի այն տարածքները, որոնք հանձնվել են թշնամուն, այդ տարածքների բնակիչներին, որ հիմա այստեղ են ապրում, մերժում են քվեարկելու իրավունք տալ»,–ասաց նա և հայտարարեց, բոլոր նրանց, որոնց կմերժեն, թող դիմեն իրենց։

«Երբ «Արցախը Հայաստանն է» բղավում էին, դրա մասին չէին մտածո՞ւմ»,–ասաց նա։
