Միացյալ Նահանգների նախկին նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման CNN-ի հաղորդավար Անդերսոն Կուպերի հետ հարցազրույցի ժամանակ խոստովանել է, որ երբ երկու դուստրերը՝ 22-ամյա Մալիան և 19-ամյա Սաշան մասնակցում են աֆրոամերիկացի Ջորջ Ֆլոյդի մահից հետո ԱՄՆ-ում սևամորթ համայնքի կողմից ստեղծված Black Lives Matter («Սևամորթների կյանքը նշանակություն ունի») շարժման ցույցերին և հանրահավաքներին, անհանգստանում է նրանց անվտանգության և կյանքի համար։
