Ադրբեջանցիների կողմից հայ զինծառայողի ծեծի վերաբերյալ տարածված տեսանյութի դեպքն այսօրվա չէ, տեղի է ունեցել հունիսի 2-ին՝ Վերին Շորժայում, հարուցվել է քրգործ․ Դատախազություն

ՀՀ տարածք ներթափանցած Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ զինծառայողների կողմից հայ զինծառայողին ծեծի ենթարկելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազության Սևանի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.2-րդ հոդվածով և 329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Այս մասին  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը։

Հայ զինծառայողին ծեծի ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ սոցիալական ցանցերում այսօր ակտիվորեն տարածվող տեսանյութի առնչությամբ հարկ եմ համարում պարզաբանել, որ դեպքը այսօրվա չէ և նոր չէ, ինչպես նշված է սկզբնաղբյուր հանդիսացող թելեգրամյան ալիքի հրապարակման մեջ և ինչը տիրաժավորվում է առանձին լրատվամիջոցների կամ օգտատերերի կողմից»,- ասվում գրառման մեջ:

Աբրահամյանը հավելել է, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է հունիսի 2-ին Վերին Շորժա բնակավայրի սահմանային հատվածում կատարվածին։ Նշված տարածք ապօրինի ներթափանցած Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումների զինծառայողների և տեղում ինժեներական աշխատանքներ կատարող ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զինծառայողների միջև տեղի է ուենցել վիճաբանություն: Դրա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ զինծառայողների կողմից ծեծի են ենթարկվել և մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ երկու զինծառայողներ: Տեսանյութը վերաբերում է նրանցից մեկի հետ կատարվածին։

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ նախապատրաստված նյութերի հիման վրա այդ դեպքի առթիվ հունիսի 8-ին ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազության Սևանի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.2-րդ հոդվածով և 329-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
