Աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոնները պահանջում են, որ Իրանը, քաղաքական շահերից ելնելով ՀՀ-ի ներդրումներում դերակատար լինի, բայց դա կախված է նրանից, թե վերջինս ինչպես կընդառաջի դրան․ Ռ. Բեգլարյան (տեսանյութ)

Իրանի Մեջլիսի հայազգի պատգամավոր Ռոբերտ Բեգլարյանի խոսքով՝  Իրանի դիրքորոշումը Արցախյան պատերազմից հետո  հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններում առկա խնդիրների պարագայում պարզ է՝ չպետք է փոխվի հայ-իրանական սահմանը, տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքը պետք է հարգվի։ Նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ այդ մասին իր «ուղերձները» տարբեր հարևանների է ներկայացրել,  մասնավորապես Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային։

«Հետագա իրադարձություններն էլ վկայեցին, որ օրըստօրե Իրանի համար էլ այդ հարցերը շատ կարևորվում են»,- ասաց նա։

Ըստ Ռոբերտ Բեգլարյանի՝ Արցախյան պատերազմը վնաս հասցրեց Իրանին։ «Նվազագույնն այն է, որ Իրանը պետք է շեշտակի զգոն լինի, և սահմանի որևէ խաթարում չլինի»,- ասաց նա։ Նրա խոսքով՝ իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծումը խաղաղ ճանապարհով, բանակցությունների միջոցով լուծելու համար Իրանը միշտ էլ պատրաստ է լինելու աջակցել կողմերին, քանի որ նրա աշխարհագրական դիրքն է պահանջում, որ բոլորի նկատմամբ ուշադիր լինի։

Ռոբերտ Բեգլարյանը Հայաստան-Իրան հարաբերություններում էլ կարևորեց հատկապես տնտեսական ոլորտում համագործակցության զարգացումը։ «Ես բազմիցս ասել եմ, որ երբ խոսվում է Հայաստան-Իրան սահմանի մասին, խոսքը միայն սահմանագծի մասին չէ։ Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունները պահանջում են մինչև սահմանի խորքը․ Սյունիքի աշխարհագրական զգայուն դիրքը, նրա հարաբերակցությունը Իրանի հետ պահանջում է, որ մինչև Երևան անվտանգ ու ապահով լինի։ Այդ առումով պետք է Իրանը ավելի ակտիվ լինի, և հայկական կողմից էլ պետք է ընդառաջվի թե՛ պրոեկտների ձևով, թե՛ առաջարկների ձևով փորձեն երկու երկիր հանդես գալ»,- ասաց նա։

Իրանահայ պատգամավորը համաձայնեց, որ Իրանը Հարավային Կովկասում ավելի սերտ տնտեսական հարաբերություններ ունի Ադրբեջանի հետ։ «Սակայն երբ նկատի ենք ունենում տարածաշրջանի հատկապես աշխարհաքաղաքական գործոնները, հասկանում ենք, որ դրանք պահանջում են, որ Իրանի կողմից չպետք է նկատի առնվեն լոկ տնտեսական շահերը, այլ՝ այդ քաղաքական շահերից ելնելով՝ փորձ արվի ներդրումների մեջ դերակատար լինել, օժանդակել Հայաստանին։ Դա իհարկե նաև կախված է նրանից, թե Հայաստանն ինչպես կընդառաջի դրան»,- ասաց նա։
